23 years ago we purchased many rooms of furniture and home decor items from this company, and we are still loving our pieces as much as we did when we purchased them. The quality is there. The classic and trendy pieces they have are timeless. Our sons and their wives have already claimed pieces when we decide to downsize.Every piece we purchased has survived a 3,000 mile move, moved into temporary housing, repacked for storage, then moved again to permanent housing and looks as good as it did 23 years ago. We LOVE this place.Their furniture and home decor items will easily be generational pieces for our family.

Hoity-Toity! No walk in's, by appointment only. Your better off using their online website (serve yourself), rather than leaving with an inferiority complex. While I'm sure the furniture is of good quality, it is ridiculously expensive. Everything is contemporary in design (looks the same). You would be better off going to Luxe, Host (Ardmore), or Pompanoosuc Mills (Manayunk).

I have been infatuated with the design aesthetic of Usona since the store opened (originally in Old City). I love to drift in to check out the new offerings and to gaze upon the new vignettes. The sales associates have been unfailingly helpful over the years, even with smaller accessory purchases. And yes, Usona is pricy but one is buying pieces that will endure for a lifetime (at least).

Usona offers lines of Euro modern high end home furnishings...the kind of furnishings you won't find anywhere else. Not to be compared in anyway to the catalog stores. One showroom, professional staff. Our purchase of a handwoven melange rattan hanging lamp became the focal point that brought rustic and modern together in our New York State lake cabin. Love it!

After much research and many questions to the manufacturer, including photos of the construction process, we finally ordered a bed from Usona. Upon delivery we discovered that the inside structure of the bed is ONE HUGE PIECE. Illogical for an item that ships all the way from Italy - indeed it's bigger than the king size mattress that rests on it. Since we can't return the bed, we are left with the additional cost of having someone cut and re-engineer the base so we can get it into our bedroom. The only help Usona offered was to google a local welder for us. Design is not just external - logical construction is an element that this company lacks.

Ridiculously expensive. Same goods can be found elsewhere at a better price. The attitude of the staff doesn't help either. But to compare it to Bo Concept (a bit above Ikea) is an insult

Think West Elm style but less mainstream and corporate. Think European, Bosche- and Bang & Olfusen-decorated homes. Usona furniture fits right in there. It's not affordable to the masses however. Expect to pay in the four digits for a platform bed, and yes Bob Parker, the first digit is higher than 3. I think this place is overpriced, however, as I've found BoConcept.
