Probably the most unreliable post office in south Philly, consistently closed during normal operating hours with no sign on the door or anything. A paper sign takes 60 seconds to tape on the door.

I wished I read the reviews before booking an appointment ??♀️ took off a day of work for passport just to go in and find out nobody is there on Mondays for passport services! Why would they even have Mondays opening on the website for anybody to book on Mondays!? Block your Mondays if so! Waste of time and a day of work!

Came in the second time for my passport appointment but the worker who accept passport applications was not working.. I it was money and the lady said they only accept passport applications from Tuesday to Saturday even though the appointment was on a Thursday!Such a lousy workers who don’t bother about people’s time and effort, I had to take a day off from work for this just to not be able to get my passport done!

I make appointments at 8.30am on monday , but the store is open at 09.17, i come early at 08.00am on monday but i wait until 09.17 , after i ask my appointment, the girl says no have people work pasport on monday , this is my 3 time go there , and ask me to reschedule always , nice ?

I already 2 time going this place just for making a new passport ...first time before the new year ,at that time they dont have someone who taking care a passport section but they open the schedule in their website... i already confirmed the schedule, and today 1/8/24 i already apply from last week online for the schedule.... and when i get there today.... they still dont have someone who work on passport section.... so why you not update online.... if you dont have it just close the passport section and tell us online... or put sign... wasting my time... and the officer is rude and unprofessional

Employee Natasha is one of the most rudest customer service worker. I thought maybe it’s just bad days but it’s been years with her bad tones towards us. So angry and raised voice talking like she hates her job, when we ask questions we don’t know. I tried to giver her the benefit of the doubt but it happens always every time we go there. Either I catch her on bad moods by coincidence or she’s just a terrible customer service worker. I can’t help it but to see after getting to me, when she’s with someone else she seems less agitated. Like what is it, do you not like Asians who asks questions? Sorry to point you out Natasha but you need a check on by your employers for always sounding annoyed and raising your voice even if it’s just slightly when we ask you stuff.

One of the workers (out of 2) was rude. Had an attitude the entire transaction when I asked for estimated pricing and was lazy. The other worker had to come help her and without her, I don’t think I would’ve gotten what I wanted

I've made 2 appointments so far. Both times, the lady that handles passports is never there. I'm not sure why they don't call you or inform you to reschedule but they need to do something about that.
