Im used to things in Philly being subpar but this trip to the post office takes the cake. There’s a line with 13 people in it and the 2 staff are watching videos on their phones having side conversations while the line grows. It’s not their lunch, because a customer asked and they rudely informed them that it wasn’t . None of the shipping materials are stocked. The floors are dirty and it smells foul inside. Worst post office experience I’ve ever had.

Phones don’t work, horrible customer service, I have lost two packages because of them. Are not responsive and can’t be bothered to answer me.

0 stars. These people literally pick and choose when my address miraculously doesn't match every single other package that has been delivered to my apartment. Got a call from Christina and was told to call back no one answered EVER. Guess they'll be keeping my stuff?

The manager, Brandon, literally screamed at me and slammed the door in my face after my THIRD time trying to ascertain the whereabouts of a package that had been missing for 11 days! He had promised to call me back with an update 5 days previously and never followed through, so, when I went back yet again, I was expecting more help than “we don’t know where your package is; you should drive out to 73rd & Lindbergh and ask them.” Insanity and unprofessionalism. The hallmarks of the USPS.

The front desk woman at this branch is HORRID. Unhelpful, rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. This branch has lost two packages of mine within a 1-month timeframe, and each time I've gone to the branch to attempt to resolve, she's told me the package isn't there without even looking. I hope management reads these repeatedly negative reviews about this one individual and replaces her.

If I would be able to give 0, I would. The lady works there is rude and aggressive. They didn’t deliver my package while I was at the resident, didn’t even ring the bell. I have been waiting this package for a month. I rescheduled it for the next day, I still wasn’t delivered for the entire week. Finally I went to the office, I gave my ID she requested mail sent to this address. Is this a joke. The package is sent to my name and you have my ID. What proof you look for? I asked I can’t keep going back and forth for this and asked her why haven’t you delivered it. I requested reschedule. Her answer was ‘do I look like a delivery person?’. Why else she works there for if not answering the questions. Bad customer service all over. Yet I tried to call usps, no answer you can’t even speak with an agent. Avoid this place at all cost.

Called 3 times kept going to busy as if someone kept hanging up. My house went 5 days without mail and I’m waiting for mail that was documented to be mailed out 3 weeks ago. I’v also gotten my distant neighbors mail on many occasions seems like this system needs an overhaul.

This has been our post office for 5 years and never had a bad experience, however, in the last day or two they have been a lifesaver! My husband's immigration document was being sent to the wrong address (our old address, still serviced by same post office) and I called to ask if they could help. Christina was able to intercept the item and make sure it got to our new character who will be dropping it off to us today. We desperately needed this document today due to international travel this weekend, and Christina and the team at this location saved our plans!

The staff here are friendly and helpful when you go in person. Had to knock my review down to 3 stars because they never pick up the phone, doesn’t matter what time of day you call. Also it’s rather disappointing that management is unable to work with their staff and other offices to allow customers to hold packages. All couriers have some type of service these days that allows this except for USPS. I cringe when I find out an order is shipping via USPS. The package thieves must love it. Moved here from the burbs and the folks there chuckle at how dysfunctional it is here.

Refused service because the staff refused to acknowledge a properly identified service animal. Cancer is too kind for the staff that work here

Most of my experiences here were good, but I I was expecting a package and tracking said it was available for pick up at the post office. I went to go get it, and they said somebody already picked it up. That means somebody stole the yellow slip from my box and the office never checked their ID.

There were 3 windows, but only one person. I heard people talking in the back but only one was working.The line was almost to the door, and I had to wait over an hour and a half. The man was rude and cut off my questions. Can't really blame him though, he looked pretty tired. Wonder why the other girl and boy I saw standing in the back weren't helping.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every employee behind wall was laughing and talking while customers stood in line. One person helping customers, When next employee switched places with her she had to continue her personal conversation and drink her drink before she said can I help you. Took 20 minutes to get a letter mailed. Will Never go to this location again.
