They randomly close throughout the day and put a little sign up saying they’re on break.

A visually pleasant post office—clean and tidy. However, as is often the case with USPS, the issue lies with the staff. It was our first time at this location, and the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. But as we were leaving, we saw the same employee warmly talking and smiling at what seemed to be a regular customer. That kind of behavior is, to put it mildly, disappointing.

this is the only post office in the entire city where both the patrons and the employees move with any kind of common sense and urgency. staff is friendly and efficient.

Not sure why it smells like pee in here, but it definitely does. Instead of helping the line of ten people, the one person that’s working is walking around spraying Lysol. Yeah I’d avoid it here if you can.

Very rude middle age Asian lady. Was there twice, unpleasant. No advices, she is like a robot.

My go to post office. Yes they're chronically understaffed and sometimes they take lunch at unexpected times. But the people who work there are always kind and sometimes even kind of sassy/funny. There's also a box to drop off pre-paid packages so you don't have to stand in line, and I appreciate that very much. I hope this location never shuts down.

One of the worst post offices in the city. Randomly closed, closes early, slow, understaffed.

Had a package say it was delivered to me. I have on surveillance video a mail carrier walking by my house with a package in hand walk right by my house the same time it was supposedly delivered. Over a week now. I'm out of $55 even with proof my package was never delivered. They are crooked . The crazy thing is I purposely ordered knowing it was a UPS delivery. But somehow UPS transferred it to shady greedy usps. I don't know who got my package but it was either stolen by the mail carrier or delivered to a wrong house. I will never ever deal with the USPS ever again

I love this post office. I’ve been using it for 15 years and John, I think his name is, has been there for years and always nice and personable. It’s rare there is a line and everyone is kind. I only removed a star because you can’t depend on their hours.

This post office is great- especially John and Bea, who work the counter. It’s a shame to see how the postmaster general (DeJoy) is decimating the USPS and making it hard for workers and customers alike. Still, best post office in the city with the nicest employees who are doing the work and facing all kinds of structural constraints.

I had an amazing experience today at this post office. The system was down and most services were unavailable today but the attendant was so helpful and patient with me and I was able to do what I needed to do.

Mozart or Beethoven? That was the thought that greeted me as I entered the postal Institution. What class, what Beauty. My jaw drops. Awoooga I say. My eyes dulge out of my head. Boing boing. I end up hitting my head on the moon and landing right back. I then proceed to smell a pie and float over to the the Mail box. 10/10
