Literally the slowest post office ever! There were 6 people in line and it took about an hour to get stamps.
The people behind the counter litterally had a 15 minute talk in the back office while serving the client.
A person wanted to drop a package instead of waiting in line but the person had to change packaging. This stopped the already slow service in order to find scissors that they couldn't find within 10 minutes. This also angered the 6 people in line.
When I finally was being helped for stamps, the personnel got distracted by a colleague in the back office and somehow made the judgement that it was better to talk with the college than to have me pay for the stamps.
They had to make me wait for another 5 minutes.
If Trump wanted to save money on his budget, I would have fired the people working there

They had one worker mid afternoon signs that say they do not take boxes at this time told us that we needed to go to these other ones that had plenty of room that we could go so we did and those people had no room either, but just asking them questions was like pulling teeth and they were extremely rude. Would not recommend to go here if you can avoid it.

Came by on a weekday afternoon. I was able to find the flat rate box I needed (often missing at other locations) because they were well stocked and I was seen quickly and courteously by the person working.
My only complaint is not their fault- it was confusing to find the USPS within the larger building. The entrance is on 13th between market & Chestnut NOT on market.

I went in today for some services, one employee was sitting at the camera the other was on social media I inquired about getting a PO Box they said yes you can get it today I asked for the application, then one looked at the other and said do you have access to PO Box the other said no so I reiterated my question can I get it today and they shook their head now. So this is a USPS site to employees working or at least standing there there are no money orders available based on the signs on the door you can’t get PO Box why are these people on payroll and why is this location even open? No management, no oversight. DOGE needs to address this incompetent system.

This morning I went to drop off some packages. The doors were locked and there was no note saying why the store was closed. I see 2 ladies sitting behind the main counter. I waved over to them to unlock the door and they looked at me like I was crazy. They expected me to understand and read their minds as to why the doors were locked. I stood there for about 5 mins and they never did a thing. They couldn't even let me know why the store was closed.

This is the worst post office to go to. The woman there are so miserable. They are so unprofessional, rude, and lack an extreme amount of customer service. Why would someone accept a position to service the public and they are not willing to complete their duties of that matter. There are so many people literally searching for a job and love working with people but the USPS rather employee workers like this!!!

0 customer service they close the counter with 2 people in line for lord knows what reason then proceeded to yell at us when it was made to seem like she would help us. I mean just honestly rude and like the public is inconveniencing you for going to the post office. You are at these people’s mercy who are lazy and just straight up ignorant and rude. USPS should just close up shop and fire all these people, get people who want to work and give any customer service I mean I’m not asking for much just not to be yelled at or you decide to close the desk with 2 people in line, or be berated over a date I printed a label being 1 day in the past and not the current day.

Horrible service!!! Clerk put up her window closed sign with 5 customers in line. Stated she was closing because she had “something to do”. When asked how long the wait was, she stated “when I’m done”. Then closed the gate. Leaving all 5 customers in line. Waited for 20 minutes and she still didn’t return. Very rude and unprofessional!

Girl in her later 20s early 30s in Nike Cap and nose ring, black gloves is not qualified to work here. She would not give me a receipt for proof of drop off, so I wanted to take a picture for my app to show I dropped it off.
Before I could take a picture, she snatched my packages and threw them behind her and refused to return them.
This is my first time at this office, and I won’t be returning. Will also be reporting her for misconduct as she took my packages and I cannot get them back, but they were not accepted into the system or on record that they were taken.
I saw the screen the receipt as well, so I’m not sure why she refused to print a receipt. I do not have an attitude of any sort, but her conduct was still rude and extremely difficult. She is unqualified to be working with official mail.

The most disrespectful and patronizing human beings I’ve ever encountered. Not worth it. Go to FedEx or UPS instead

Staff seem not to understand the different mail services (priority/first class/express). Its like talking to MS Clippy if it took human form.

The lady with the glasses and waves moves slow on purpose and is snarky with polite customers. She stopped working when a line that was out the door to make an announcement that people need to be prepared before coming up and offered pens and tape to people, however when they came up to get them, she argued with those customers. Even a polite “have a good day” to her was met with a snarky response. This individual and the woman working with her are just running down the clock.
