They say they close at 5pm in person (unless it's p.o. box service. I suggested they post the new hours.

The three workers in there, two of them talking one of them on the far side working. They finally saw me. They’re no longer at this time taking boxes ask him if there was another place that I could go to, and they were saying two places, one of which I just came from so then I asked if there’s anyway that they can call the other one as we’ve already been walking around 20 minutes due to the two of these stations and they cannot figure out how to call another post office. I spent 10 minutes in there getting the runaround. I am completely unsure of how you cannot get a hold of another post office.

Honestly every time I go here I am shocked by how polite, kind and understanding the staff are. I’ve only had good experiences since I started going here and I’m not lying. Especially for a post office.

A terrible post office, unfortunately. On November 27th, we came at 11 a.m., but the door was closed, and there was no notice that they were closed that day or that the staff member was temporarily unavailable. The only sign on the inside door said their system was down and they could only accept packages with prepaid shipping labels. We had exactly such a package, but it didn’t matter because the post office was closed.
During a previous visit, a huge cockroach was crawling along the customer service counter inside this branch. The postal worker saw it but did nothing and continued assisting the customer. Disgusting. This branch is dirty both inside and outside.

Good evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting this location of the Postal Service. I needed to mail a letter to my brother. I was able to conduct my business here so efficiently and all of the mail clerks were kind and professional. That has not been my experience at the Postal Service when I used to work there. I completed my business there and then I left. Take care Google Family and don't forget to work out, be fit and fabulous!!!!

Staff were friendly. The Post Office is underground (enter via the Septa/Regional rail tunnels) - otherwise you'll spend ages looking at street level like I did ;)

Garbage post office, regularly closes early despite the hours being posted on the door. They’ve even scratched off the end time now to make it more believable when they randomly close 20 minutes early. Just saw them lock the doors with people still inside, had customers banging on the doors from the inside trying to get out because none of the workers were in sight.

Do not waste your time going here. It’s always something. I went before and they closed early.. this time their machines are down so they can only accept prepaid labels.

Always seem to close before their schedule time to close! Got to that location at 4:40PM and the doors are locked.

The post office only takes exact currency. You can’t purchase stamps or any item using currency it has to be the exact amount or use your card (debt/credit). SMH
