Talked to a supervisor here who was knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful. I interacted with several other employees prior and they were all courteous and friendly.

Do not! I repeat! Do not do business with this office. I'm not saying all, but the workers are stealing packages. No joke, ole gal wore something of mines a week after she stole it! I can't believe she still work there. Packages come to me with scraped holes (oldest trick theft in the book). Now I expedite everything, and send all of my Amazon packages to store near where I live. I was sitting outside with my husband and I get a ping to my phone stating that my packages were delivered and it was not🤔. You report nothing happens because this post office is a joke. This site need to be shut down expeditiously. This is unequivocally the worst post office I ever did business with. THIS POST OFFICE IS A JOKE IN OUR PART OF TOWN!

THEIVES! THEY STEAL PACKAGES AND SAY IT'S DELIVERED!!! WE EVEN SAW MAIL CARRIER WOMEN PUTTING PACKAGES IN HER PERSONAL VEHICLE WHILE THE USPS VEHICLE UP THE STREET. YOU SHAMELESS HUMAN BEING!

Posting this review because all these issues are ongoing. Items will be marked as delivered and will never show up. This will happen when I’m home, get the notification that it was delivered, and not even see a mail carrier come down the block the entire day. Recently, a package was marked as delivered and showed up two months later, but at least it came. It’s a gamble whether something is going to actually arrive.

A package got delivered to the wrong address which is absolutely idiotic. They said they couldn't do anything and would send me an email with my claim so I could contact the company, they never did. This is as of today like I tracked the phone they called me from to here and it's closed? Regardless, F them I can't believe this level of incompetence. It's disgusting.
