Listen, this po gets a bad rap, but they solved a missing package issue today in less than 45 minutes. I went from no package/thought it disappeared to having the supervisor find it and get it delivered directly to my house. The staff is always sweet, and sure - it may take a little longer there, but they get it done. Thank you! ?

They only have one person working. The wait time is more than 30 minutes. It takes more than 10 minutes per customer. While you have employees in the back having a full blown conversation.

I put my mail on hold while I went on vacation out the country for a month. I check my informed delivery. They are marking my mail VAC. So I've been calling this office all morning and last week. No one answers the phone. Seems to always be an issue with this office. Why offer to hold mail then mark mail as Vacant. Now companies and places I do business with are emailing. Your carriers are not trained well something ain't right at that office. It's giving unprofessional.

They tend to run a little short staffed but service is always courteous, they work hard to keep the lines moving, grateful for Saturday hours!

The ladies at the window do their best to keep the lines moving. While working, if they see package notifications in the customers hands, they will either stop what they are doing to help those customers immediately or call someone from the back to take those customers and get their packages for them…while trying to keep the line moving. Ms.Hill is very professional and gives everyone the time they need up at the counter, who has questions and concerns. I noticed this last year, they really are trying. It made me want to let them know them that they are appreciated and I see that regardless of being short staffed up front at the windows, they do give good service to the costumers …so I started baking homemade cakes for the familiar faces I saw. So far, It’s been about five females that does an excellent job. I just wish with all the hiring they are doing, they fill the other two windows with employees to keep the heavy traffic moving. If this happens, they would get 5 stars ⭐️ from me. I worked with the public, and it’s not easy, but it can be done properly with all hands on deck.

The person who helped me today was so rude and unprofessional. Absolutely no reason to speak to people this way.

I mainly visit the U.S.P.S. to purchase stamps & to mail my important Bill's. However, many may not realize, things we order come thru the post office too.

Giving it two stars rather than one because the clerks at the counter always went above and beyond to help customers, but they haven’t forwarded a single item of mail since I moved 6 weeks ago, and they frequently lost (and occasionally found again, weeks later) packages.

"Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"I did not make any such request, and my research into this tells me that this is their way of telling you that they're understaffed and unable to move a package on time: literally lying to your face. Simple honestly would've cost absolutely nothing.

It appears like they are trying to understaff this Post Office until people just stop coming here. Never enough staff at the windows to assist folks. This is the Master Generals fault and they should be investigated and prosecuted.

Y'all this is the most reckless post office I've ever experienced. I walked here in the rain to pick up a package. They're supposed to open at 8, guess who has been standing outside for 30 minutes with no sign of anyone coming to open this place up. Apparently it's a regular occurrence because an elderly woman just walked up and asked me if it was open and when I said no she said "again?? I hate this post office". Literally avoid this place at all costs I've never seen a federal establishment open late before and like do you only have one person working the morning shift??? I get it if one person is running late but hire another staff member to make sure at least one person is here.

Now if we could get more people to work so the mail could be on time. It can be accomplished but you must remove the postmaster who is trying to destroy the mail service.

This post office is comically bad. It's honestly more like a social experiment than a post office. If you go, prepare to wait at least 15 minutes no matter the time of day. On the plus side watching fellow customers gradually lose their minds can provide some entertainment. Good luck everyone.
