They lose mail on a regular basis and label places as inaccessible that they have the door code for. I've had to go here multiple times to give them the code in person, they'll deliver for a month or two, then start giving "delivery attempted" notices again. This is what happens when you defined the postal service and hire 2-3 people to manage a large facility.

I'm not sure if this location is under construction but they have a sign on the door that says you cannot mail things from there and that they don't sell stamps.
So the post office on Ridge is permanently closed because the building is being condemned and this location can't help customers.

This is not a full sized commercial post office. I missed a delivery and was directed on the USPS slip to come here and pick up a package. I arrived around 2pm on Saturday. You ring a bell and a post office clerk comes to slide open a window. She was friendly, kind and found my package within a few minutes.Thank you USPS!

This is the worst USPS there ever was. They have only 1 job to read a package,and deliver it to that address and they can't even do that right.. What good are they.. I swear to God they all should get fire and replace with ppl that care and are from this community instead of those lazy trash they have now.. In a month they lost 2 of my package..I talk to the Mailman that come to my house, he was as useless as them .NO XMAS BONUS. Calling them is like calling the are President it's useless, you get no answer..When I track the package it said drop in your mailbox but i never gotten anything. Thing has to change..they will never get a Christmas bonus from me. instead they should get glasses.

I'm not sure where all the hate for this location is coming from. They offer very limited services, which of course keeps them out of a 5-star rating. However, what they do they do decent enough.As you are probably coming here because a package was not able to be delivered, keep in mind it is not their fault that the post man/woman couldn't make the delivery. I found their staff friendly and willing to answer questions, even as it is clear they are understaffed and have too much else going on.

They will let the phone ring 50 times, and then when they get annoyed by the sound, they simply answer but leave it off the hook! Or they simply hang up on you. If you walk in, they will look at you and continue working with complete disregard to you being there. I dont understand how the people who work here have jobs. Plenty of people who need them! Restaff these miserable people!!!

They always losing my packages! They lost over 10 of my packages they never recovered! They definitely stealing people packages in there. Thieves!!! I wish I could give 0 stars !

They did not bother to update their location on Google so I came here after yet ANOTHER post office at a different location was marked "temporarily closed" for several days
