My package supposed to be deliver by Saturday August 31,2025 afternoon. Instead, this facility workers thought it was a good idea to let my urgent package sit until Tue ( September 2, 2025). Now the package I needed (paid $33 for a 2-3 day service) for a birthday party, no longer need it and will be returning this product back to Ebay. Thanks USPS for your unreliable and useless services. I wasted $33 delivery fee just to let my package sit in your facility for days. You guys wasted business seller and customer time which we'll never get back!!

The baddest post office that i ever had my husband came there and took 30 minutes because od a lost Package and because YOU NEVER POCKUP THE PHONE it was an important package and you keep loosing them it is the second package that you are loosing and you don’t care your status is never updated and you deliver when you want like you want bad bad bad

If i can put 0 i will my package was scanned delivered and i did not get it when i call them no response i got ine answer and she putted me on Hold for ONE HOUR i called after No Response i real bad post office with bad customer service and Delivery Service !

This is the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with, most of my mail and packages That comes I never received filled out a claim the supervisor called while I was at work left a message before I could return the call she closed out my claim, they never answer the phone & always seem to have an attitude, they need new staff all around the board…this place is horrible

How is this place still open? No supplies, attitude from the employees, and broken machines.
I was a last minute customer and the clerk started by stating that her scale was broken, ok. I also went for some shipping supplies and after seeing the shelving area empty and asked for tape she followed up to give me an attitude about her broken scale.
How is people supposed to use this service with this kind of workers?

It’s not sufficient to use words like “incompetent” or “idiotic” because those words imply at least some level of consciousness. It’s not clear if the people working here are even sentient at all. Losing packages seems to be the primary purpose of their existence, as they almost never manage to keep track of anything or deliver it appropriately. If you show up to pick something up, they’ll ask you for multiple forms of ID before disappearing into the back for 15 minutes and coming out empty handed with no clue where the package is. If they send something out for delivery, though, they’ll just dump it off anywhere. Even if it’s a signature-requires package, they’ll just hand it off to anyone passing by and saying it was “delivered”, signed by some total stranger. It’s not just morally criminal. It’s literally criminal the way they mishandle property and cause financial loss to customers.

They don't answer phone calls and they let the phone ring continuously until it becomes busy n hangs up automatically. When I go there in person barely one person in the front counter. I reported a change of address 3 times n got rejected. I've waited for 20 days passed no letter notice and they send the letter to my old address which I don't live there anymore. Customer service is becoming less helpful. I've tried to call at this facility several times and no response.

My package been here for 4 days and it still say out for delivery? it was in my area code of 19148 but idk why it went there and said rescheduled like what?? To Make it worst came to check the reviews well dammm! It’s all bad on this end smh dam everyone packages went missing huh?

Very bad customer service. Both front agents were on personal phone while serving customers. Young one was texting and the older lady was talking.
