The customer service for the entire company is just unproductive. You ask the A.I. chat box for an agent, and they dance around asking you arbitrary questions that have nothing to do with connecting you to an agent. Why would you make such an essential service so rudimentary and redundant. Just puts you through a loop until you are too frustrated to keep answering the same questions and finally hang up. Hire some real people and trust me, the call times will go down. When a human can speak to a human, issues get resolved. When a computer is trying to understand what you want and the options they give you aren't the options you are plagued with, it doesn't solve anything. Just results in bad reviews and frustrated Americans.

worst custmer service ever to send anyting using them. my weeding clothe is lost which cost me $1500 and $103 to send the pacakge. The weeding was on hold until they find my clothe, but usps is telling me now its lost and they can't do anything about it or they dont want even pay me the value, they just left me haning. please dont use them instead, use fedex or DHL. they are much bette, becuase usps steal everything. I was blind using usps in the first place.

Don't be surprised if you're a victim of identity theft! The mail carriers are careless with the mail. I'm missing important mail. The mail carrier is always giving mail to the wrong address. I'm fed up with this post office. Currently waiting for a response after reporting them.

They lost my package because they randomly delivered it somewhere. If anyone had bothered to actually look at the address on the package they would have saw the zip code is across town & not even the same as theirs 19153. They also would have saw it's addressed to a street that doesn't even exist in 19153.Just useless all around.

After a few attempts, I stop going to this location completely and I live 4 minutes away, these are rude people with no respect for no one, they don’t have no manners, they lack the common decency, these are federal employees, with powerful benefits and it’s it’s a Union job, therefore it’s hard to get them fired and they know that, also the postal office are in need of workers, reason why they keep behaving savagely.

PO Box hours are supposed to be 6 to 6 . You get here at 7 only to find the doors locked.So much for PO box lobby hours.

I'm giving the stars for the young lady that works there everyday by herself, she is always pleasant never an attitude. No one from the back ever comes out to help her no matter how crowded. She keeps s good attitude and is quick and efficient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was hit by a usps driver, so I went there to get some information. The supervisor was very rude and gave me a name and number to call. When I told her that I called that number for the past 30 days and the voicemail is full, she walked away. I told her that understand now why the google reviews are so poor and she replied, “I don’t care, I still get paid”.

Sent a package on 9/27 - Somehow my package was misrouted to this facility on 10/12 and on 10/17 it was lost in this facility. Tracking said it was returned to agent and post office no longer has it.
