A fairly clean and updated post office. The employee was unfriendly and not warm. I don’t understand why I often see this in USPS offices. It seems to me that if someone doesn’t like their job, they can change it — there’s no need to make themselves miserable and spoil visitors’ mood.

Went there today on 03/11/25 to send a package. The young lady working there has a very nasty and rude attitude. I said nothing to her I just changed a window to send my package with the other worker.
If you don’t like your job just quit.

A large box that belongs to 6009 W. Columbia Ave was delivered to my address and I can’t walk around and deliver it. I tried so many times to call the local post office and the 800 number can’t help me or give me their number so someone can come get it

Left 5300 Jefferson post office (joke). Came here and was greeted with 2 tellers. Service was excellent. Greeted me and handled mine and another patron without hesitation.

The Usps post office worker from this post office, deliver my package to the wrong address, and I started the process for a claim and the supervisor only asked me to visit the post office with my proof of delivery and, I did him he said he will follow up and investigate all now from any of usps affiliates over 1 month now heard ntn.

The Hoodbooger Behind The Counter Was LAZY And Didn't Want To Do Her Job So She Told Me My Package Wasn't In The Correct Envelope. I Was OMW To Work & By Time I Got Off The Post Offices Were All Closed. Now Have To Wait Until Tomorrow To Mail My Package When The Postal Date Was For Today. This Is Why I HATE Establishments In URBAN AREAS. They Hire The More Ghetto Uneducated FATHERLESS Crack Babies Who Don't Want To Work
