Won't redeliver after first attempt and they shut down for an hour to take lunch which isn't marked on their hours.

This is the worst post office in the area. The worst thing about it is that it never adheres to the hours posted. Why post hours if you’re not going to adhere to them? It’s basically a scam at this point. It would be better not to have a post office in East Falls then to have to put up with this recurring nonsense.

They always close early. All the time. Especially Saturdays. Staff is hit or miss, they hate their jobs and don’t care at all. Don’t take the risk go to another location, Bala Cynwyd is much better!

I see why they have 2.3 stars. The hours are posted and closing time is 2pm. Its 1:27, the door is locked, and workers are rejecting business by waving that they are closed from the inside. We have businesses that we are running as well and depend on the post office as our main mailing source. This is ridiculous!

The employees at this post are always very friendly and helpful! I wish the USPS/US government provided them with more funding and resources, who are the ones at fault when this branch has to close or reduce hours due to staffing issues.

These folks are wonderfully committed professionals who routinely go above and beyond. They ran after me when they discovered a package I was hoping to receive for the holidays had in fact arrived. Thank you!! We all need this service and these folks deserve to be treated well and appreciated!

They’re always pleasant and helpful at this location. Sometimes it a bit busy, and customers have requests they can’t take care of in store. I believe that’s the reason for people’s frustration. But the post office serves its purpose.
