Awful. I don’t know if I am so “lucky” to come here every other day and there is same guy who doesn’t care at all what’s going on. He is either eating or half sleeping. Today bunch of people were
Waiting till 9.10 AM because the employees just showed up to work. Ridiculous

They need new staff. The two guys that’s at the front is nasty. No customer service skills at all. They need to shut the office down or bring in a whole new staff and not the people prior to the guys cause they was just worse as the two guys that’s there now

SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.
The level of service at the Crittenden Street USPS location is consistently unacceptable and warrants immediate attention. This location is perpetually understaffed, inefficient, and plagued with customer service issues that make even the simplest mailing tasks a nightmare.
During my most recent visit, I waited in line for an astonishing 45 minutes, only for the building to be evacuated due to a reported fire. While safety is paramount, the lack of communication and preparation further underscored the dysfunction that seems to define this location.
Since Mrs. Vernetta’s departure, there has been a noticeable decline in professionalism, efficiency, and customer care. It is evident that there has been no effort to adequately train or support staff to meet even basic standards of service.
This location has become a consistent source of frustration and inconvenience for customers, and without meaningful improvements, it is difficult to justify its continued operation. USPS leadership must take swift and decisive action to address the chronic issues at this location, as the current state of operations is simply unacceptable.

Everyone was friendly, patient and accommodating. With it being the week before Christmas, there was a lot going on in the store. Abu Peters was especially helpful with our notary and copying needs. We didn’t feel neglected nor overlooked. Thank you, Abu! We will be back! Happy Holidays!

It’s two weeks in a row that they don’t have stamps for a prestamped enveloped.

Slow. One person working. I waited for 10min in line, the one person working went in the back for way to long.
Calling the phone number is a chore to get someone on the phone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I already bought labels online for my shipments but they decided to print their own labels and cover mine and then charge me over $50. Their customer service is horrendous, they will flat out ignore you. They have one decent employee, and older gentleman with long hair. The rest don't even look like they want to work. I've decided it's better to travel out to the suburbs when visiting the post office.
