I pulled up at 9:30am to drop a package on my way to work. The facility isn’t even open and their hours begin at 9am. I tried both the side door as instructed and the front door. Called just for the bell of it and no answer. Definitely an inconvenience

The staff here are very sloppy in appearance and unprofessional. They open and close at random hours. Staff is often chatting on the phone while waiting on customers or eating.

This location needs help. Twice I’ve come to this location during “publicized open hours” and it is still closed!

Worst post office in the area. They refused to ship 13 pieces of mail because it was too much. Oh, and they take random lunch breaks and close. I will be using the Flourtown location from now on - they’re the best!

The U. S. Postal Service, and my local post office branch, are severely broken. At least four letters -- bill payments -- I have placed at different times in the mailbox outside the front of the 8225 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia post office well over a month ago have not been delivered. I have to now assume there is no certainty and little probability that when I mail a letter now it will actually get to the intended person. This is a disgrace. The people running the show -- from the Postmaster General on down to the local administrator -- should either address this situation immediately or they should resign.

I have used the Chestnut Hill post office three or four times this year (2022) and each time the line was short or non-existent and the employees were friendly, polite, and efficient. I don't understand the strange mix of one star and five star reviews!

Understaffed, long lines, rude service (staff making unneeded remarks to customers), shipping supplies mostly out of stock - overall one of the worst USPS experiences. You’re better off going to one in the city.
