Welp...the reviews are true. And sadly, corporate or this location supervisor does not take into consideration why consumers are leaving bad reviews. The mail delivery person for my apt building just doesn't care. Constantly breaking the mailboxes of the tenants. And will not fix the problem. Now mail is constantly missing. But sometimes I feel that the mail delivery person is stealing the mail, or withholding it.

Service is polite and efficient, when you can get it. Don’t expect the counter to open at 9am as posted. And don’t expect service between 12pm and 12:30, when they may take a break.

USPS has some incompetent delivery agent I am sorry but it’s true .In 2023 I ordered my work stuff on SHEIN they was suppose to delivered it ,they did ,took a picture ….the time for me to go down get it ,I didn’t see it anymore .
Three days ago ,my Amazon order was supposed to be delivered ,they said I been delivered ,but no picture that time to show and more never received it ….i live in a appartement that has three buildings and we don’t have a mailbox outside or around . So this is a lie and then where is my package ? I call Amazon but they are so sure I received it and they want to send me an other one then I should return but how can I return something I never received … USPS manager if you see my review please reply and ask me about my tracking number .by that try to see who was supposed to deliver my package in the data and call him for explication ….because that kind of service is disappointing and I guess I’m not the only one in Us who live that situation .We order with money and to get money is not easy so

They stole my package and marked it as delivered even though there was no usps truck anywhere near my apartment building. And then when you try to contact them about it they don’t ever pick up the phone
