  I came in there on 7/28/25 to do my passports for myself. The female staff member who served me was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. I used a photoshoot there, and the staff was very attentive and took good photos. I dropped my car keys under the counter and she helped me find them back with a friendly smile and no signs of irritation. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name because I would have written it in my review, Because she helped me very well and the service was very impressive.

  I had the pleasure today of meeting both Q and Bri (or Bree, unsure of how her name was spelled); Regardless, these are two highly qualified, intelligent, and helpful individuals. These women had helped me fill out my passport application and got everything situated in a few minutes flat. Not only were they helpful in answering my questions, they both provided me a pleasant smile and conversation that boosted my energy for the day. I will continue to utilize this USPS purely based upon the wonderful interaction that I had. Give these girls some raises! They are hard workers with positive energy and smile that is as beautiful as their souls. God bless 😊

  Apparently no one in the upper administration reads these reviews cause the service is still a disgrace. These employees win the Nobel Prize for rudeness and nastyness. I would love to work for the Post Office if I wasn't retired. These people should be trained with classes on customer relations. If they don't like their job they should leave and let someone who really needs a job have it. Every one of them has the same rude attitude, it's like they are programmed that way. Unbelievable.

  This post office was bad before COVID, it's worst now. I stopped going here for over 10 years. I forget that it exist. Slow service, closes early.

  I went and had a package shipped over night with though of dollars getting the run around as to where it’s at why it’s still in Philadelphia and why it’s not in it’s destination. Still no answer just someone will contact y you someone will investigate, they are pathetic and each post office should answer their own complaints

  If I could rate them no stars I would. So take the one star rating as really no stars. Not only did they have a temp working for them.. the temp DID NOT deliver my package. He lied and said he couldn’t gain access when I live in a normal house with no code necessary. You just walk up to the door and drop the package. I saw him on my camera drive on the street and drove right off. Didn’t even get out the truck. On the tracking updates he said at 5:22 he couldn’t gain access to the location but then on my camera I saw him drive on the street at 5:33? So basically before he even got on the street he lied and just simply put couldn’t gain access. I was trying to call customer service and the post office to file a complaint and I waited over an hour to finally speak to someone to explain what happened. They put my claim in. I called the actual post office 4x that my package was coming from and not one answer they just let their phone ring. My fiance ended up going there to find out what was going on. Moral of the story is they are very unprofessional and don’t even know who they’re hiring or care they’re not doing their job. They have peoples packages not caring what it is, how much value or how important it is. They’re very unprofessional and need to do a lot better in all areas. Their reviews speak for themselves.

  I don’t even know if you deserve a one star for this post office. We have been there three times to have our fingerprints done three times. The woman was out to lunch. The woman was at the parade. The machine is not working. These people there do not want to work. Big waste of time on our part. Sent to another post office where machine is down that one is located in Southampton also machine is down.

  Why is Drummond Road post office closed ? I mailed all my bills the beginning of the month & now my car insurance & home owners insurance will be late . All my other checks have cleared except my car & home insurance will be canceled. What is a customer to do? . This will mess up my credit with them . I can't get through when I called the postal system to file a complaint today 2/15/2025 . Just close this office up . Workers are lazy & rude !!!

  Why are they closed ??? My husband went to mail our bills today & it was closed ? We don't trust mail boxes because we know people who had checks stolen !!!

  They don’t follow their schedule posted times. I drove there for fingerprinting services, and was told on two separate days that the lady who fingerprints didn’t come to work, on both of these days.
  
  They also had us waiting outside in the cold until 9:20am when they are supposed to open at 9am.
  
  Unrelated to this site but : I Went to rising sun post office the same day after this and was told “the fingerprinting tablet has been broke for 3 months and they havent replaced it” this was told to me by the front desk worker.
  
  Choose a different third party fingerprinter because this is a waste of time.
