God forbid, you have to actually do your job. Closed for the majority of the day. No explanation and this isn’t the first day. I checked again today. They don’t put up a Revised schedule To let you know that this will be happening all week. After I’m done making this review, I’m reporting this to the office of the inspector general. That’s what everyone else should do every time they’re inconvenienced by this BS or else it will never change!

This would be the best post office in the city if they kept regular hours. Workers are very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, on any given day there’s a 75% chance they have a pink sign in the window stating they’ll be closed half the day. Most of the time they don’t even keep to the shortened hours on the sign… “back at 3:30,” yeah right! This location is incredibly inconvenient to the neighborhoods it serves, making the random hours even more of a hassle. I don’t care how nice the girls at the counter are if I have to make three treks from deep south Philly to get a single package.

She didnt want to go through the effort of shipping my packages so she told me the tape I used isn’t allowed/ I looked it up ahead of time and it was.

Just moved to the area and went in for a quick drop off for a packagw to send to a friend. EVERYONE was so nice and friendly and helpful- especially the nice woman at the register. very thoughtful and kind. happy to come back in the future :)

Unsurprisingly, the staff are ridiculously rude for no reason. They assume everyone works there like they do and share the same knowledge. But ironically they themselves don’t know what they are talking about and get even meaner when they’re wrong.

Convenient location with ample parking. Staff working there is pleasant and very helpful. I have come often over 6 months and it's never been closed during posted hours.
Not sure why so many of these reviews are for mailmen and not the post office.

Close during the open hours and said will come back at 3pm, I waited here for an hour and they didn't open until 4:00 pm

The woman helping me was the friendliest USPS employee I’ve ever spoken to! I’ve had a lot of unfriendly experiences at different USPS locations in the past so it was a very pleasant surprise to speak to such a patient and friendly woman here.

USPS has really changed for the worst. Calling the phone number, which doesn’t seem to work for customers is unacceptable. Took my mail to the post office three days ago and the tracking service is telling me it’s still at my neighborhood post office…….. nothing has changed since three days. What the heck!!!!!

They need to hire some postal workers delivering people's mail lately they have some ignorant decrypted people delivering their male in the community I mean they are absolutely retarded they are horrible ring your bell and runoff don't give you no chance to respond and on top of that they stick in your mail in your neighbor's slide and their mail in your slot are you kidding me they seriously need to get their act together
