This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST USPS in the surrounding area. Mail delivery is extremely inconsistent, no set mail person so they are always delivering mail at different times. They mark packages as delivered before delivery, claim no access to delivery points when they are just too lazy to deliver them, toss packages up the steps to the door. What is even more frustrating is the absolute IGNORANCE of these people. This location and the USPS entirely, needs a total overhaul!! If you don’t like your job find a new one!

They closed at the time they want. Today it was supposed to be open until noon and at 11am it was already closed. Also they took forever for their "lunch time"

Seeing other posts here short staffed for over a year? It's not just taking a hour and a half break?
There's no mailbox outside now and caution tape, no access to the lobby where a box is between 1:30-3:00

The fact that I can't get through the automated menu to just speak to someone in the office is simply amazing. The hours of this office are never on schedule. The USPS is hands down the worst delivery service in the US. These are the people who handle our election ballots.

I waited outside starting at 2:48 because another man tried the doors and said they were locked then pointed out the sign that I posted below. Six women ended up joining, waiting for the place to reopen. I kept looking inside and no one was at the counter. At 3:02, one of the women tried the door and it opened right away. We all got inside and there was a woman at the front counter. Then she told us the doors were never locked and they never closed….. Uhhhh what? So I asked why she let us all stand there and gather outside the place. They were clear glass windows and you could clearly see everything outside. She got nasty with me, told me she doesn’t stand by the door (??), told me not to come here, then I said it’s part of her job to offer customer service so she literally told me she refuses my service and I have to wait another hour for her supervisor to come in lol. I filed a complaint with the office of inspector general for USPS. Her name is Michelle, white woman, brunette hair in a hair tie. Hope she gets fired ASAP for that horrific and lazy attitude of hers.

Absolutely horrible! They are never open when they are supposed to be. I've gone to this place 2 days back to back at different times, and they were not open for business. What's the point of a scheduled when you do not abide to the schedule? They close at random times and do not come back when they say they will. I rather this place be closed or have a stern talking to its employees. That way we do not waste our time going there only for it to not be in operation when it's supposed to be.

I finally arrived at this post office after trying two other locations that were closed due to various reasons during business hours. Whatever. Finally I’m at this location and I ask the guy behind the desk for a strip of tape to close a 10” box. The tape was right in front of him and I can see it. He says they don’t have tape and I would have to buy it. Of course the tape is like $5 so I refused and walked out. This is why post offices are shutting down for their lack of professionalism and customer service. This is why millions of people and business are choosing FedEx and UPS for their mail services. This and all post offices are a joke.

Extremely rude the postal workers attitude immediately shifted when I just asked for tape for my package, went from peachy and bright to only giving me one worded responses. I guess I made someone actually do the job they're being paid for?
