Can some explain why I keep getting other peoples mail?? This is like the 3rd time and the last 2 times it was someone’s bill which I mailed in the mailbox, so it get mailed to the right address. Now, I’m posting the mail that came today which not my address. Please stop doing this to people. People mail should be private not for the others in the public. Please have someone else on the route for mail. The person you currently have is lazy and my address is on my door big enough for them to see. I blocked out the name out of courtesy and put the photo below as proof that this was sent to the wrong address. I placed it in the mail box today, so it can be routed to the right person.

Bad customer service and they close 3:30 PM

Customer service has never been an issue for me, it’s the being closed when they are suppose to be open. If you close at 5pm why when I get there at 3:30 it’s closed on more than one occasion even before the holidays. They lose packages have them for days past notification saying it is out for delivery. A whole mess!!!!

I like this post office especially the one receptionist. But wtf is going on because why are your delivery drivers posting that they “were unable to deliver” and that the “place of business is closed” when I’ve been here since 6am with the doors open sitting in my place of business waiting for packages for 4 hours just to get that notification in the usps app. Nobody came to the door or even attempted to drop off packages and the same thing happened on Monday 12/23/2024.

If you close at 12 and I get there at 11:49 I don’t understand why the doors are locked . Then when someone does finally come to the door, you’re speaking to me through the crack, asking me if my package is prepaid. If you’re going to close at 11:49 say that don’t say 12

I was really impressed. I think I understand why this post office has about 3.5 starts while most of the others in the area seem to level out at 2. The ladies who worked there were so pleasant and friendly; they were easy going and seemed to know most of the customers who came in. I got there with less than 10 minutes before they closed and I was expecting the rough kind of customer service that’s usually given to last-minute patrons, but the woman who was helping me treated me with courtesy and patience! I was especially grateful because I’ve never shipped out a package before and she wasn’t condescending when explaining what I needed to do and while answering my questions. This is what real customer service is!

Hours posted are not the real hours. They close at whatever time they feel like. My package was never delivered. The genius delivering the package never even tried to deliver it. Instead they stated that delivering location was not accessible. This delivery requires a signature and the postal worker never even attempted to get a signature. Complete waste of my time,I waited all day for this package. So I left out and went to the physical location. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying "we closed at 1pm today." Despite the Hours saying a 5pm close time. Incompetent and unprofessional. A complete waste of taxpayer money.
