Stopped by at 1045 in the morning and the location was locked and the lights were off. Delivery agent just happened to be walking by and said they were open ten minutes ago and there's no reason they should be closed.

It was 9:30 AM and I had to leave the place was not open. Later I came at 4:05 AP and was not allowed in because they where closed.
Bad customer service, never available and lack of respect for the customer.
Don't go there.
Worst place to go.

This place always has only one person working and been standing in line for 45 minutes just to get a money order is insane I do not recommend spending your time waiting in a long line with rude customer service you don't even get a one star

This morning there was a long line outside of the store it was past 9am and the store was closed. Few mins past 9am a man goes in and says give her a few mins her system is down. A few people left and some stayed in line when again the woman behind the window says “the system is going to take a while to be back up it may take hours” as she gossiped over the phone telling the person “I hate this location I’m at the Fairhill store” she didn’t say good morning just greeted everyone with a really bad attitude. The guy in front of the window simply said I’m staying in line because the guy who reset the system said it will take a few mins, the post man said “that’s the supervisor but I don’t care what he said to you he doesn’t know what he’s talking about he’s a liar” for a gov job this was so bad makes me not want to come here again !! Even the hat isn’t part of the uniform straight just ghetto and unprofessional!!

Postal worker was unhelpful and not knowledgeable of their own systems. Had their phone out during business hours. Borderline rude. Please avoid.

The company or locations need to hire people with better customer service & better attitudes ! The older big lady with glasses lacks accountability & professionalism ! She didn’t open on time then proceeded to get smart because SHE was wrong ! Pick a new job or ask for help if you can’t just simply say “please give me a minute” because telling me “don’t you see me doing something” when it 9:05 is ridiculous !! Nobody was rude to you so don’t be rude to them !!

The young lady that was working today 12/15/23 1pm had a awful attitude , and refused to print my return seal and deal with my package, please do something about her. You have better workers who do thier job. But this lady needs to be fired for doing nothing.

Lazy government employees who can't be bothered to be slightly useful to society when they're not on their phones as you stand around, waiting for two minutes before you are even acknowledged. Don't bother showing up with a box bigger than a can of Pringles or else they will tell you it can't be shipped since they can't come around and get it

This post office is always closed by 3:30pm the postal General needs to check time cards is been multiple times after work I go here to this postal office in my neighborhood and is always closed by 3:30pm so if signs are posted till 4:30pm why is it closed and why there is no service every one contact postal General by email or call so they can investigate this particular location about there hours of operation smh ?♂️

I'm here now waiting for them to open! The website says open but therea sign on the door say Open at 10:00. This is TRIFLING AND DESPICABLE!!!!
