“I like 5 below in any location but this one is just so big and beautiful. My children love it also, they are so amazed when we go to this one in particular because of how much stuff they have, the 2 floors and definitely have mentioned to me how clean it is☺️. I myself agree it's very well kept and clean, the shelves are stocked with items for your home and family+friend's, and my personal favorite is the staff they are helpful, they are polite and I have no complaints about this store at all it's definitely a must stop when we are downtown.”

I came in needing help and stressing for balloons, they stopped what they were doing, helped me find MORE than what I needed, and filled 50 of them for me right there. This is true customer service at this location. I can’t thank them enough!”

Great place for holiday and special occasion stuffers. Would recommend at least a stop thru, sure you'd find a few things to grab. Employees are reasonably nice, and usually has multiple cashier's working at one time, so the line moves rather quickly. #moneysaver”
“I went to this location quickly to pick up items for my son's birthday we were celebrating on a vacation. I suddenly had an issue which was 100% my fault. The cashier and manager tried to assist but George from Corporate happened to be there and had me on my way in no time. I'm so grateful for his kindness and quick thinking.
