Josh never got back to me and the Manager, Christine, was supposed to transfer my new phone number to the new iPhone I purchased from my family’s family plan.
She never called, never answered my multiple text, I then had to rearrange my schedule to have my family member come back in to the store because they would not continue the transfer without her present!
So, I now have a new phone and account that isn’t accessible and they are charging the account for a plan that I’m not even authorized to use!
After arriving at the store, Christine came to me and said “I called you twice.” So, I showed her my call log from the last two days. Guess what? NO calls from any numbers except spam calls!
So, she’s a liar and Josh never answered his text back after our initial text! So, he’s a ghoster…
This isn’t bad customer service, this is NO customer service. This is is my introduction to Verizon and its service and customer support…

Can't get a hold of the store on Walnut street Philadelphia who sold us a phone gave the trade trade in but did not want the phone back due to bulging battery now verizon wants the phone back. Need to speak to store direct not customer service line.

This was my first time visiting this store and from the looks of it they seemed very busy and serving customers. I came there to pick up a new phone that I ordered over the phone. I got a email that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told that I couldn't get the phone because there was a system error on my order. He gave me two options and that was to either cancel the order, get a refund and start the process over again or come back later or the following day. I decided to come back the following day. I come back still the same thing and no phone. I had to get a refund. They're terrible and lazy in this store and the customer service sucks.

Terrible customer service skills!!!!!
I came in to trade my old iPhone 11 for the iPhone16 and they shipped my new phone to the wrong address. So I came back the next day to report the issue and they sent me straight to customer service without any care or explanation. They made me feel like my issue wasn’t their problem, this definitely got me considering on switching over to a new phone carrier because how they handle the situation was gross and uncomfortable.
Also, yes this is a true story that recently happened yesterday and today unfortunately smh.
I highly recommend this place to be shut down because it will continue to get worse.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but the customer service here was so terrible that I feel obliged to warn others not to waste their time at this store. I went in to get a replacement SIM card, and the employee informed me that I was not the account owner and was therefore unable to help me at all, and would need to call Verizon directly to resolve the issue. I did and they informed me that I am in fact the account owner, and that the discrepancy originated with the platform used by the store.
The Verizon rep I spoke with was ready and willing to help walk the store employees through a troubleshooting process, but the latter refused and was incredibly rude while doing so, refusing to make eye contact and walking away in the middle of my sentence. I ended up ordering the replacement SIM card to be mailed directly to me from Verizon--not ideal but by this point had no confidence in the ability or willingness of the store employees to assist me.

Last three experiences have been dreadful: First, pixel watch wont connect to phone but being charged for it 3 techs later we have to leave, I find the on/off toggle switch at home myself. Second, looking to upgrade and was given the used car bait and switch multiple times (eg. The phones we wanted weren't on the quotes other phones swapped in for "better deals", negating the offer emails sent from Verizon by saying oh those are wrong), third, we close in 15 minutes please make an appointment (we aren't uninformed customers we knew which phones we wanted to upgrade to) so we left. Too bad, would have been a decent sale to have under your belt. Almost like we keep trying to give them money and their people are too incompetent or rude to seal the deal. Since #s are transferable we are now looking for different providers

This store is very bad. I placed an order online for pick up here and they never even got back to me… I had to come to the store and there are 4 people working here, 2 customer service and 2 guards doing little to nothing here and looking busy. I Verizon would depend on this store I will surely end my business with them. Heads up!!!! Chose another store to do business with because this one sucks!!!

Had to come back because they didn’t finish backing my new phone up with my pictures etc. and just told me to come back instead of finishing it in store in that moment. got there at 9:45 am (said online they’re open) and there wasn’t a single soul in the building. Waited outside until I realized no one was coming. Can’t call because you just get sent to Mr Corporate Robot.
Update: they couldn’t help me with my phone and I ended up losing 6000 photos of my 8000. Memories gone

Do not come here unless you want to buy a phone. If you have an issue they will send you to another store, generally one with one person there and a long line. Very disappointing service.

When I walk in here I get this iRobot feeling , the employees be looking so cheesy and fake . The service could be better with a big space like and only a couple employees.

I went in to purchase a new phone and the staff member ordered it to the wrong address. I asked if he could fix it (since he caused the issue) and he said "nope, you need to call customer service." I spent an additional 2 hours on the phone trying to get the issue fixed that could have been easily prevented.

Skip the mess and go somewhere else. Really anywhere where else would be better. I read so many one star and terrible reviews of this store but it's the closest to my place so gave it a try and hoped for the best. Nope, same terrible experience and poor service so many others have written about. Read the reviews and you'll see what people are saying. Saturnino was my salesperson and not a good one. He lacked professionalism, people skills and was pretty arrogant. No need to speak to or treat customer like this. Seemed like all he wanted was his commission. Seems this location survives due to their good location. How can Verizon let this store have so many bad reviews and so much negative feedback and not get rid of he management and/or staff and fix it? Is Verizon only concerned about sales and numbers? Maybe.
I left and went to another Verizon store and had a much better experience. From now on, I will make the longer and farther trip to a Verizon store that is friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor, skip this location and choose another. So disappointed Verizon allows this store to continue like this. Not good. Please Verizon, step in and do something about it.

Avoid this place like the plague if there’s another location go to that one they gave us the wrong shit and we had to go back there. We don’t even live in Center City and they were rude.
