Meek was The rudest laziest person help me at this store. SHe’s not helpful, not friendly, not informative at all and even watching video as speaking to customer. Verizon should never keep this rude and lazy employee.
Ironically, The only time she was nice was when I was leaving because she saw me scan the Q R code for review.

Verizon is one of the worst companies I have ever used. Never updated any of my information after calling in to have it updated. Then when I canceled my services because I moved and Verizon was not an option the refund MY money to a place I no longer live and now I’m out of over 100 dollars because they send a Visa card anyone can steal and use instead of putting into the accounts the bill was paid with. Verizon is a joke and a theft

I came in to reactivate an old phone because mine had been unfortunately stolen. Shameika’s customer service skills leave alot to be desired. When she was waiting to “sign into my account” she was just scrolling Tiktoks straight up on loud. I asked her what was going on and she got a bad attitude with me, like I am out of line for wondering why I am listening to your social media scrolling? I don’t care what we are waiting for, that is so rude. The whole process was extremely abrasive. Down to her telling me that my total was $43.18 but I could just give her $44 like she was doing me a favor. Would not recommend.

I went to their store to get Fios internet, but the sales lady, Brianna, kept insisting on 5G wireless internet instead. She said it was much cheaper and better than Fios. I ended up getting the 5G service because it didn’t require any installation. However, the 5G service didn’t work at my place, and it’s actually $30 more expensive than Fios. I spent my whole Sunday returning it, which was a big waste of my time.

Don’t bother going here to activate your phone. They tried to charge me $30 when all I needed to do was call Verizon to turn off my old eSIM and activate my new eSIM. The Verizon on Walnut street will gladly do this for free as well.

Came to the store today. Wrote our name down and had a seat ***as the sign states upon entering the store. We patiently waited. Then the associate took two others who had arrived after us. We were visibly upset. We spoke up to another associate and they still continued to chat with the second helped customer. We left at that point.

I visited this store to switch the service, I met a representative called Brianna, she said you can get a new phone if you trade in your old one and you can pay $13 a month for 36 months I said ok, I did it. Then she said I can get a tablet for free and I will pay just $10 a month for the plan I said ok it sounds good, I did it too. So for everything I'm gonna pay $113 a month (90$ mobile plan +10$ tablet plan + 13$ phone device payment) I asked her? She said yes. But it was not like that, When I got the bill I found that the tablet is not for free, they charged me 13$ a month for the tablet AND the phone and the plan was $20 a month not $10. And she added insurance for both devices without my knowledge, so my first bill went from $113 a month like it was supposed to be (like what she said) to $271 ($70 was activation fees for both devices). I was being mislead and they didn't give me all the necessary information about the offer and the first bill. After that I visited the store 4 times and every time she wasn't there. Then I returned the tablet and payed the restocking fee and I still have to pay the overcharged bill for no reason. It was completely unprofessional, they wasted my money and my time. I don't recommend this place at all.

I went to this Verizon location last Friday and it was over all a great experience . AJ was the one that assisted me. He was so patient, answered all my questions and got me in and out of there quickly. I will definitely return to this location and ask for AJ anytime I need any thing from Verizon.
