I can only speak for my own experience, but I left the store thinking I got a deal and a lot of free extras and ended up finding out I'd gotten a lot of non-free extra stuff and a phone that was way too expensive. Might be on me, but come ready to ask questions.

Hi,
I had an issue with switching my sim card from my broken iphone to s23 ultra ,and I was no longer receiving any text or sms from iphone users ,I went to main verizon store and they told me you should contact Customer service, I did but they couldn't help with it ,they send to apple they couldn't help me either, until I went to 24th and oregon verizon store ,The Boss Mr Lawrence
fixed my issue in a few minutes only,

I finally, begrudgingly, gave up my Samsung Note9 for an S24 Ultra. This upgrade was long overdue. The service was excellent, Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions. The new phone is beautiful. Very happy with my experience.

Ray and everyone else at this location were all super patient and helpful helping me work through an issue with my phone today. I also really appreciated that he took the time to see what upgrades and discounts I was eligible for without being too pushy about it.
