1. The store promised me a $100 visa gift card but I believe it was actually online order only. They went against customers' interests for their own benefits even if it means lying.
2. The store just enrolled me in a phone protection plan when I did my trade in, without asking for my permission or mentioning it. It's an expensive monthly subscriptiont.
3. The wait at the store can be very very bad.

I had the most horrendous experience at this location. It is way to much to type out, but I will say Kenny the sales rep and Dave the General Manager, should absolutely not have a job in customer service, I will never patronize this location again. And I am seriously considering leaving Verizon after being with them for well over 15yrs.

Very satisfied with Ardiel
He was very attentive. His interpersonal skills was wonderful.
All my questions where
answered. And he was very hands on showing me how to set up my equipment for my internet & my mobile phone. He really helped me and made me feel comfortable using my new phone. I know I will be able to get the help I may need in the future

OMG!!! So much to say. I took my 83 y/o Aunt in today to update her phone and services. We were in the store ALL day but it felt like we were there for only a half hour because the staff was so AMAZING!!! Zack was the Verizon representative that helped us and he could not have been better. He was so patient with us, he was extremely helpful and was more knowledgeable than I’ve ever known a rep to be. I seriously didn’t realize we had been in the store as long as we had because he was so personable. He took his time, he answered every question I had and he explained everything, in detail, to my Aunt. She went from not wanting a new phone to being so comfortable that she walked out of the store happy and making jokes.
