I just went into the store to get an extender for my WiFi and I had Selena who helped me out. She was very helpful and polite. She informed me about the deals that are available to me and explained them so well with no confusion.

Michael is the store manager. He’s
Unpolited, doesn’t support his staff and no word to the customer. A very stupid guy. Horrible person who is not even professional. He does not worth his position as manager.
I spent two hours to have my account verified and through. Charged me $125, system locked, Help Desk doesn’t find anything.
I don’t refer this store to anyone.
The only guy named Reij is friendly.

I experienced horrible customer service at this location. I was told they are unable to help me with my Fios issues even though their location states they deal with FIOS. I explained to them is there anyway I can switch out faulty Verizon equipment and was told no. I asked if I am unable to get help how do I cancel service and they of course were unable to help with that as well. They told me that I have to call to cancel. So in other words they’ll take your money but not help you out.
