The Visionworks in Market Square was extremely personable and helpful. I had a great experience there and everyone was happy and helpful in finding the best glasses for me!! I highly recommend them!

I was very well taken care of with prompt service and the doctor was especially helpful Tina was especially nice in helping pick out choices in glasses there were some things I didn't understand regarding my insurance and what it covered but Tina explained it all to me.

The Staff there was very Helpful and Cordial. They were patient in consulting with me on payment options and frame designs. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Ladies 😁😎🕶️👓

Facilities were dirty and old. Bathroom was so dirty I did not want to use the sink. Staff was friendly and so was the doctor. Waited for 45 minutes past my appointment to be seen. Poor selection of glasses. Next time I will be going elsewhere. Have been to pearl vision and LensCrafters in the past (with different insurance) and both places are so much better run. If I could compare vision works to other experiences vision works is the sketchy second hand car dealership and the other places are Mercedes dealerships. Chairs are old, torn and worn. The whole place just gave dirty vibes. The only thing redeeming the experience was the staff were great and it was easy to get an appointment. Otherwise will not be a repeat customer

I did not have to wait long. I was in and out. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. Keep up the good work. She was very pleasant in helping me.

I come here every year for an exam and new glasses. Staff is always friendly and things are run smoothly and efficiently. Very professional here. The selection is also good, I can always find a pair I like.

The ladies they're very nice and very warm. Welcoming when you come into the store even though one of the Miss Are a cowboy fan but I still love her. She's great, have a nice day everybody.
