Prior to yesterday, it was my first time shopping at that Walgreens. I found what I was looking for & Checkout was a breeze. The sale associate was very helpful & even helped me re-sign up for a new MyWalgreens right then & there.

Rude and ignorant security fellow at the front. The pharmacy has increasingly become worse in the past few months. Medications are never ready and dosages are never secured correctly. TERRIBLE SERVICE, as a disabled costumer I will be having to look for a new pharmacy.

Terrible service at this Walgreens. If i could give a 0 or negative number i would. The Manager was not around at all. Once i asked for the manager, the cashier called a guy to the front and he said he wasn’t a manager he was sleep in the back and just came up here.
I placed an order online for my prints and i received a message saying my order was completed all to see once i got there my order was incorrect and incomplete. I arrived 8 hours after my order was claimed to be done and it was not. The staff were nonchalant acting like it’s not a big deal. This in turn made me late for my event and it just seemed like it was no care in the world, when this was their mistake.

Been sitting here now for 45 min … in the drive through.. watching 1 lady work the registers and window at the same time. And to think they have at LEAST 6 people working at the present moment it is disrespectful af to have someone sitting in a drive through that long when obviously the drive through pick ups are 9/10 always ready for pick up . They are severely understaffed or severely slow asf at doing their jobs. And this is an EVERYDAY thing with them !

Absolutely Incompetent Pharmacy – Avoid at All Costs
This Walgreens pharmacy is a complete disaster. The staff seems more focused on standing around telling people their drugs are not ready, rather than actually filling prescriptions.
I’ve had multiple issues, including incorrect labeling with bizarre instructions and absurdly long wait times for medications that don’t even require counting.. you just need to slap a label on a box and the pharmacist just needs to review it.
When you go in person, you’re told it’s not ready. When you call, good luck getting an actual human. As someone who has worked in a pharmacy, I know firsthand that it’s not that hard to prioritize people who are waiting and get things done efficiently. It’s just pure laziness and mismanagement here. The pharmacist wastes time on the phone rather than checking the medications so people can actually get what they need in a timely manner.

Still a little bit of a hassle to check out. Almost always there's a line at checkout and not just one ahead of me. I always feel like the place is understaffed. One nice lady who was at checkout got a new job elsewhere with a raise she said and didn't need to supplement her old job any more with the part-time work at Walgreens. People at checkout in the last 6 months to a year have been very nice and friendly. Pharmacy is the best I've ever seen.

Worst pharmacy I have been too ina while. They took forever to process a prescription. When I came no one else was there asking or picking up a prescription. I asked if mine could be done rather soon because it was medicine for nausea. I waited for two hours. The place has no sympathy.

Usually if you're in line next to be rang up it's no problem but on Sunday October 6th at 5pm the cashier was holding a meet and greet and answering questions from people who were cutting the line, after expressing my discontent for that I was scolded by the cashier and told I had to wait until the conversation was through. Hardly the service you want to receive after spending thousands a year at Walgreens.. I'm next in line but I gotta wait until the cashier answers questions from someone who just walked in and cut in front of me...They are definitely discriminating against lower class people at this Walgreens and the cashier is a sellout for 12 bucks and hour🤬

Stopped in today for some things I needed. Asked an associate sitting behind the photo area to open the deodorant counter. She asked me if I pressed the button for help. I responded, I'm sorry I didn't even notice a button. Her response was it's literally right there. I left my purchases on the counter and left. Please start hiring people that actually want to work.

Very pleasant store associates out today. Both security guard and the check-out associate smiled when I entered. Nice to feel welcomed to a store. Had the items I needed. I was in and out in minutes. Check-out associate asked if I wanted to use my Walgreens' credits and if I needed a bag.

Looks like in the most recent year or so, the pharmacy hours for this store location changed - it now opens at 10:00 am, instead of having the same posted hours as the store. I find the NEW opening hours ridiculous because after all, you’re located in center city where most folks have gotten their day started and want to just get to the pharmacy before beginning their work day. This needs to change! I’m calling corporate next!

No one in the store accept 3 employees laughing and cursing I asked for something that was locked and was told by one of them with NO customers in the store at 8am to go wait by the product and press the button for help. I left.
