Kind of crazy that the least amount of money you can spend on face masks here is $20+ and the Covid tests are more than $20. Walgreens’s price gouging and lack of varied price points is anti public health and anti poor. Please visit Philadelphia health resources to find FREE masks and Covid tests. And the Fresh Grocer had more options and cheaper cold medicine, and face masks for half the price, y’all should really do better.

Extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behavior of a pharmacy technician on January 25. She refused to help find a missing medication, gave incorrect information, and even closed the drive-thru window mid-conversation.

Worst pharmacy never have my medicine in stock, I suggest if your on a controlled substance you search for a different pharmacy because this pharmacy will say they don’t have it!

Went in to get my high blood medication and to shop. Had to use the rest room waited for the manager. Ask to use the restroom with no compasion she explained the men bathroom is out of order i ask if the ladies she said out of order. They back up I had to then say I need my medicine but can't wait cause I have a inflamed prostate and high blood pressure. Then I ask dis they call a plumber caue another customer can go threw this as well she said yes but don't know where they are. So how are these employees using the restroom working a 8to 12hr shift then. This is discrimination and unprofessional and someone needs to fix this .

Went to the pharmacy for a Covid test. Asked the young Asian pharmacist she was nice told me they were up front. Went up front the young male cashier brown hair told me they were in the pharmacy. Went back to the pharmacy and another young African American lady told me they were up front but they didn’t have any. No one clearly knows where they are but even worse no one wanted to help. Thank goodness my wife is a pharmacy regional leader for a competitor. I was trying to use a store closer but clearly this is why your closing stores as well as rite aid. You lost your personal touch and you lost a customer. Maybe if the executives lose the golden parachutes they have things would change……

This walgreen needs to train their new staff customer service skill. I usually go there once or twice a month. First, I picked up some descriptions for my parent and the color staff behavior was awful. She was like that she didn’t want to work there. Second, the front desk staff, Britney, behavior wasn’t appropriated for the position. I did not know how they got the jobs.

In my opinion, this location store has kept me on hold for 45+ minutes for the Pharmacy department then I called again to speak to a manager that took another 10 minutes. The manager states that they were going to have the pharmacist to pick up while I’m on hold That did not happen so I called again and each time I have waited a total of 16+ minutes. Walgreens needs to do something about the absolute deplorable poor service to their customers. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service doesn't appear to be present here. I felt awful; however, I contacted corporate. I used to work for Walgreens in New Jersey at two incredibly busy stores. Never were we permitted to pick up the phone and put it back on hold without speaking to customers. We also had to ask to place them on hold. We also had to call for help if more than three people were in line. I managed the beauty department at the shore. We pulled customers there as well to check them out. Maybe they need more customer service training. So sad.

The photo department is abysmal! Service poor. Waited for photos over a month and a half. Visited store over 5 times and even spoke to manager of department and they would just tell me the photos not available and to return at a later time. Only to discover that they never sent them out. Please go somewhere else. Poorly staffed and inexperienced personnel!!!!

It's the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. They never answer the phone, and their customer service is rude and unqualified. There are issues with reading information in the system accurately. For instance, when the doctor sends a prescription, they struggle to recognize it. This was particularly evident with the girl who had dyed blonde hair ?♀️. I'll update her name soon, she's the worst

Everything is either locked up or out of stock. The refrigerator doors are now covered by ads so you can't see what's inside. Very unwelcoming environment.
