went to print something out, had no issues which was a relief after struggling to print one document at 2 different cvs locations. the clerk rohit was efficient and kind.

Their fedex person is never available. I waited 10 minutes!!! When I asked the front cashier if anyone is there all I got ‘he will be there shortly’ not apology or a reason why he’s not there.
Why even have a fedex service if you don’t want to run it. Horrible service and horrible elderly lady as a front cashier.

Because Walgreen's website wasn't working correctly, I was unable to order & pay for my medications for 1-2 day delivery. The 1st time I called their pharmacy for assistance, I'll be honest, the girl wasn't helpful at all, & confused me with the delivery window timeframe claiming it was 1-3 days; not 1-2. She set me up for 2 out of 3 meds for pickup. Not delivery, & she didn't calculate the delivery fee. The next day I called back & their was an absolute angel who answered the phone. She canceled the order, discussed with me that 1 med was out of stock, & promised to call me when it came back in. I asked her to hold the others until all 3 could be delivered together. Bless her heart she called me the next day & completed everything for me in less than a minute while horns honked at the drive-thru window, & phones rang non-stop! She was like a one-man-band. She went above & beyond in my opinion! Her name is Rachel & I hope she answers the phone the next time I need help with my meds!

This is the biggest joke, I switched over a week ago to their pharmacy and so far I have been treated ridely at the pharmacy counter and now I speak to a pharmacist on Saturday giving me conflicting information with the pharmacist I have been speaking to all week helping me get my medication straight and moved over.
This makes me want to move again!

This pharmacist is utterly incompetent. I have tried numerous times all on separate occasions to get a prescription filled and its always "on back order" yet I can go up to another location farther away and have it same day or next. At some this pharmacist needs to realize he's awful at his job. Negative stars if i could. Awful experiences.

I've wanted to do this since September 28, 2023 but I wasn't ready, i knew if i physically went into the store i was leaving under arrest and someone else would ve in ICU. However everyone from corporate headquarters to a customer needs to hear this. Thanks to this Pharmacy staff my life has been changed forever. So has my younger brothers.On May 17, 2023 my mother Marikay Nevrotski passed away now Wallgreens would call saying your prescription is ready for pickup but theyre worse than a bill collector they don't stop cslling so Sunday May 28, my father called to tell them my moms dead stop filling the scripts. Instead of being professional and telling him whatever he needed to do this guy starts crsing at my dad treating him like someone whos trying to prank him. This gave my father a heart attack yet neither knew it. We were supposed to go out but he said he didnt feel good.i was gone 40 min when i returned the adema was so bad fluid was coming out his nose. That man died in my arms in the kitchen as EMS arrived. My last memory of my father was watching the life fade from his eyes and the image haunted me to this day. Thanks for that i hope you get to have that same experience one day even though i was immediate at startung cor and EMS WAS IN THE DIOR WITHIN 10 SEC the fluid mixed with emphysema didn't allow enough O2 to the brain. He never woke back up and died officially june 3, 0115:26 and my life has been hell ever sibce. Every day is eorse depression ive never felt i now do. Its sometimes a struggle to get thru each day. All because dome guy couldnt be polite and professional. Instead he ad to be a complete Di&k. I just wanted this man who works in the Pharmacy on sunday mornings and is there around 11 am (0pls scedules are pretty much ser) that uou killed my father that day and after reading this your going thru the rest of your life knowing that fact. You have violated that oarh you took if you can even remember it . Being a medic i took it and i know it but im also law enforcement. If i have to administer 1st aid its because i was off that day. You??? Your supposed to help save ppls lives every day not end them intentionally. If i thought the charges would hold up in criminal court you would already br there. I am however looking into civil court where every man on schedule that day will be sued as well as walgreens corporate. You should definitely lose your picense for this. Nobody should go thru what i have. Both parents gone in 11 days!! Everyone should boycott this company.My fathers name was Leo Nevrotski jr he knew everyone there and everyone there knew him. Ironically since that day Walgreens has never called to leave a recording that the prescription is ready. For my mother or father strange isn't it?.Below is my mother and father; Leo jr. & Marikay. As soon as the Pharmacy staff sees them they will know exactly who he is he was quite the character and made alot of people laugh. He would talk to just about anyone. We need more people like him in todays world but now theres 1 less. The worlds that much colder now and all for a stupid reason... That reason is stupidity and failure to follow standard operating procedure.... Stupidity
