Most disrespectful pharmacy techs. They wouldn’t state their name and laughed as they placed me on hold multiple times. Been on hold for more than 10 minutes meanwhile they kept picking up the phone in 2 minute intervals, laughing and placed back on hold.

Why have stuff locked up if your employees literally feel bothered when asked to open clearly he’s stressed because he’s bald. If you hate your job just say that. Also get a new cashier because the blonde one only knows how to use her phone. Overall 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

EXTREMELY disappointed and upset. Gave my sample for COVID PCR testing at this location on Thursday July 06, and they promised results in 2 days. Today is July 10, Monday - I checked online and it says the sample was not received. I called them and they confirmed my sample was still with them and they didnt send it out to the lab. WHY? WHY? BC FEDEX DIDNT COME TO PICK IT UP LOL are you kidding me ? When were you planning to send it to lab? What if I had not called them today? I have so many questions and concerns. My work is effected bc I cant go back to work without producing a negative PCR test. Thankyou Walgreens for a shocking service. I ll make sure none of my friends and colleagues step in your pharmacies. Whose fault was this? Walgreen’s? Lab’s? Fedex’s? Or my for choosing them tor my service.

The last time i was in the store the manager Karen was very helpful and had great customer service. She was able to help me over the phone and in the store

They have children working there who stand in they’re cell phones ignoring customers! It’s sad. I was at the register & the little girl working the register looked at then started texting on her phone laughing joking. I had to ask her to process my order.

They called me a bunch of times then I show up to pick up my prescription and they have no idea what I’m talking about! How can one person have the records and another have no clue. Then the guy got such an attitude with ME! Taking my business elsewhere.

It’s similar to Dollar General. They leave one cashier stranded up front until the line hits 7 or so people.

No customer service in the front or back (pharmacy). The pharmacist Sasin George is rude and the techs usually are as well. Changing my pharmacy to avoid such poor customer service

NICE store and they had clip-on sunglasses which my husband needed. They also have a Labcorp inside the store which I've used many times for various tests. Helpful personnel, very friendly and accommodating.

Horrible store worst customer service.Cashier Damir was awful. Acted annoyed he had to work and ring up someone. Didn’t say a word I had to ask him how much it came to cause he just stared annoyed at me . Took forever to put my stuff in bag and sat it on counter never a word. Maybe he shouldn’t work there cause he sure doesn’t act like he wants to work. That’s my last time in store

I don't know what happened to the store . The shelves are always well stocked . The refrigerator items weren't well stocked . The store was closing early because Monday was Labor Day.It was Friday night and I had called to see what time it was open till and it was not supposed to close early . So it was pretty much a wasted trip .

wish you put multiple '0' stars. whoever put that bogus 5 star review must work there. practically everytime i call i'm placed on hold, just now it was for 17 minutes, kept picking up & immediately placed right back on hold... then DISCONNECTED.... MY blood is boiling, this was after having been LIED to multiple times by a pharmacy employee (woman) first told me my script wasn't filled because it got wet when put through at the drive in window. MY SCRIPT WAS SENT ELECTRONICALLY FROM MY DOCTORS OFFICE, OK she puts me on hold for SEVENTEEN MINUTES, then i'm DISCONNECTED. This is a consistant & continued response from this WALGREENS PHARMACY. i just called them again, and miraculously they answered, too little, too late... IM SWITCHING PHARMACYS... I lodged a formal complaint, but i'm certain they'll put an... it wasn't us, not our fault. and blame it a computer outage, but this treatment has been going on long before any outage excuse!!!
