•Lines are always super long, they have several unopened lanes they could be using but don’t.
•Whenever you need assistance, workers stand around and ignore you. Where do they find these people?

The Walmart located in on 2200 Wheatsheaf Lane, Philadelphia PA 19137 on Aramingo Ave is THE worst Walmart known to man. I had the worst experience with supervisor on duty (Leroy) and special assets leader (Alex). After I attempted to make my purchases with a cashier, I made several attempts to ask for help with an item that I mistaken for another. I was even willing to be charged for the item prior to having it in my possession, followed by asking Leroy THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY, to assist me in the item in the aisle. He blatantly and flat out told me no he cannot assist me with no explanation or exhibiting haste or being overly occupied. He was honestly just walking around aimlessly not doing his job. I am honestly not sure how he is a supervisor when everything he stands for goes against Walmart’s latest policy updates anyway. After assisting myself, I was harassed, belittled, and pressed by Alex. Furthermore, this store is always dirty, PACKED, and UNPRODUCTIVE. No one is in customer service, whether it’s 2 pm, 6 pm, or 8 pm. No one does their job at this store and I am sure it’s losing money more than profiting Walmart. Leroy and Alex need to be removed and the Walmart needs total restoration. I will NEVER shop at ANY Walmart EVER again due to this experience.
Side bar: any good review of this store is a fake review created to balance the numbers and statistics of this trash store. Don’t believe it and just save yourself the headache because it’s nothing convenient about this Walmart.

I have seen that this place at nite don't have enough illumination so customers can feel save going back to their vehicles I remember places like this was so bright that you drop a cent you will see it even rolling away now if someone hide between cars you will see it only when you're close to them. A camara ain't going to do all the work.

I only gave it a 3 because the store is poorly kept, and the staff aren't very helpful in anyway that's if you can find them. For the most part though I find what I'm looking for except when it comes to clothing for children especially. I guess it all depends on what your looking for here and oh DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN BAGS! 3 times now I went and had a lot of food in my order and each time they did not have bags and it's not the holidays so I'm not understanding why.

Even though I only live approximately 5 blocks from this store I would rather drive completely out of my way to avoid comming here. So I went here on feb 14th. The store was already crowded like it usually is but I had to sit in line for 30 min. A women went to purchase a cart of things and not realizing she didn’t have enough money on her card we had to stand there while she went through her cart to decide what she wanted to out back. A supervisor had to come over and assist but instead of her taking the customer over to customer service she allowed her to hold up the line. Worst Walmart I have ever been too! I don’t think I have ever had a pleasant experience comming here amd I always regret it saying i should have driven out of my way it would’ve been easier.

I will not longer use this store for runs. I ordered my Mother groceries, which was about 140.00, plus a delivery charge. They sent all the items in no bags. 😫😫😫 they don't show that on the commercials. You lost my business!!

The ridiculous amount of time you have to wait to get an item from Help and beauty is my best hang up with that place otherwise they have a pretty good selection of things or can get it if they don’t have it on hand!!
As far as the pharmacy if they didn’t have Denise I don’t think it would make it she is what makes that place go~round !
Unfortunately, a lot of the employees there obviously, you can see are very overworked and underpaid underappreciated ! Sad
