I gave three stars because Walmart did not have raw, yellow Shea butter. They need to get that, please.

Frustrating experience!! The manager and the cashier were so caught up in personal conversation that the cashier could barely effectively do her job. People are so uncouth and steal so everything is locked behind a shelf. There’s no effective communication about anything and they are rude. The snide attitudes and comments really are just disgusting. it’s evident they hire anybody. And there’s never correct stocking here either. It’s a waste of a trip and if you can go to ANY other store, please do. It be your own people that are embarrassing. They forget that they willingly applied to work here. The customer service aspect is non existent.

I have been standing in money services for a hour the line is so long and there is only 2 cashiers. I thought I would’ve been in and out this store. This is ridiculous.

It was like your typical Walmart. It had a few agents there and some staff. Some staff barely knew English and the rest of the staff seemed busy. They need to hire more staff so the customers experience can go smoothly.
Apparently they are out of wireless mics as well.

I had a frustrating experience at the Walmart money service counter. The employee was so distracted by her phone that she missed my information multiple times and responded rudely when I asked for help. Thankfully, the next employee I approached was friendly and professional, making my transaction much smoother. Walmart needs to prioritize customer service over distractions!
