Signed on with his insurance when I purchased my home. There were issues getting the proof of insurance to my mortgage broker. Every time I call no one answers or returns my call. Two years and I have heard nothing, but the insurance gets paid. I stayed with him to support Black business, but I'm looking for a better Allstate agent in Philadelphia. I can't imagine what my experience would be if I ever have to make a claim.

I have not had a good experience since changing over too Allstate. I had there service before and it was a great experience. The rates keep changing and you can never get in touch with anyone. Now I am being charged for paperwork I never received. Once it was faxed to me I had questions. I made calls several times and no retuned call until I threatened to cancel. I definitely will not be with this company for long. They are available when it comes to money but after that it difficult to reach anyone. I understand Covid and the shortage of staff but it should never take two to three weeks for a customer to speak with a customer service representative. I wish I would have taken the time to read these reviews. My bill has increased by almost 300.00. Ridiculous. I definitely will not be keeping Allstate because they don’t represent at all. Professional service goes way beyond I am now a customer. Allstate service has truly changed for the worse.

Used to have great experiences with this office. Something changed as it's been nearly three weeks waiting on a response from the agent (or anyone in the office) to respond to multiple contact attempts to add additional coverage to existing home and auto policies.

No communication. The only response is when you’re setting up payments. I’ve been on autopay for 3 years, haven’t received any help for a claim or to cancel policy. Seriously horrible.

During the time I had this insurance I have had an horrible experience. Every six months, my insurance increased slightly. The first time was due to drivewise (which invades privacy when enabled...it not only monitors everywhere you drive, but speed and they have all this information) and they other times increased they had no reason. My final breaking point: I received an email stating a one hundred dollar increase in insurance during the middle of an agreement. I purchased another insurance, called Clarkson to cancel and he stated putting it in an email. I did as he said and sent an email. He looked further into why the increase just to contact me dayssss later to say there were no changes. I forward an email to him with the changes and as these days went by, my calls to the office were unanswered, voice-mails ignored.Something told me to check to see if my policy was canceled and it wasn't. I had to pay the bank for a stop payment. Again, my calls and voice-mails ignored. No matter how much I tried calling a new representative, my phone number in their system forwarded me back to him. Using my work phone, I was able to speak to a new representative and she canceled my policy which was now three weeks after my initial cancellation. My end result was that I had to pay $70 bucks to them when I paid my policy in advance.One last thing, because I paid early and didn't allow the money to come out automatically, Clarkson removed automatic payments from my account which was one reason it may have jumped $100 (my assumption based on what the representative stated).I had no infractions, no tickets, no accidents, no new car, no late payments, etc so I still am unsure why the jump in the middle of a policy. Never again with this company. I am shopping around to find a home insurance in order to rid of this company.

If I could’ve given less than one star to this agency, I would!! It’s been over 4 weeks and I’m still waiting on an agent to get back to me with a quote for insuring my business vehicle. I’ve made several attempts and actually spoke to Warren himself, (who left me on hold for 40 plus minutes) and still NO QUOTE!!! I understand that call volumes might me high, I even understand being understaffed with our current situation due to covid-19, however what I DO NOT UNDERSTAND is why it would take over 4 weeks to get a simple quote?! I’m trying to give you money...how is this so hard?!

I have had excellent service here and really appreciate Warren's professionalism. We have 2 auto policies, home, and an umbrella policy with his office. They are always prompt and polite. They helped ease the burden when a drunk driver totalled our parked car on Memorial Day and we had a hard time getting services. Warren always gives us the assistance we need without over selling us. He is also a kind soul who stops me with my dogs when we walk by his office and gives them treats. His staff are very helpful and responsive as well.
