The guy that usually does it is a really distinctive man — I forget his name, but he’s an absolute pro. Extremely courteous and always refuses tips. This is the only way I can think to pay him forward.
There is also a woman here I’ve interacted with once, who quoted me one price to change my battery, changed my spring bars without telling me, then tried to charge me extra at checkout.”
