Brand New Basketball Courts.... But are side ways... Very disappointed

This play ground is a very nice place for the children to play at and it's a safe place yes indeed ?

The new Waterloo looks great but it’s never open?! The other day I seen everybody and they’re kids playing in the park. I come by it today with my daughter…again not open when I go. Please put an actual schedule for this park. Thank you.
