Not sure if Ken is a manager but if he isn’t, he should be. I’d like to highlight his excellent customer service. He made sure I didn’t leave disappointed after I messed up my coupon. This is exactly how management should work.

Wawa on Oxford avenue has one of the best staff members I’ve seen, Jake took the time to fully clean the outdoor trash can, double bagged and tied the trash bag to the trash can. Such amazing service and expertise, this is not the typical discipline you see from such a young man. Wonderful job Jake.
