Back in 1970 when Edward Glassman opened his men’s store, he did so because he wanted to follow his passion- men’s clothing. The challenge- Ed wanted to offer his customers something different than the competition. The solution- Ed went to Europe to bring back merchandise not found in the Philadelphia market-imports from Paris. He caught the competition sleeping and was able to get a head start building a business focused on European merchandise.
From 1980 until 2009 Wayne, along with his father, grew the business into an internationally recognized menswear store. A seven thousand square foot menswear emporium dedicated to selling the best.
