  Poor customer retention practice. I've been with this bank my entire life and I asked for 1 small favor today; the waiving of a 10 dollar fee that would've given me money towards lunch or something else and this manager, Angel told me No. he didn't even try to help me. VERY DISAPPOINTED, ready to switch banks!

  Courteous, and knowledgeable about what job entails. Representative has pleasant personality. Showed patience with me when I was confused about what it was that I wanted.
