They have issues with their card reader and the door doesn’t open to the bank always. There is a door bell which you can ring but no one comes to the front to assist you. Poor customer service!!!

I came in today to open an account because I’m new to Philadelphia. And I couldn’t believe the young man who decided to speak to me comfortably from his desk with many space between us didn't approach me respectfully. As a potential customer that was extremely rude. And I hate to be the person to say this but I graduated this would not have happened to a WHITE person. Distasteful and unprofessional. Do better!

That money order was for my rent. Filled out in ink and mailed. It was somehow intercepted and clearly tampered with. The criminal just wrote on top of what I wrote and was able to take that to a Wells Fargo bank and cash it. Now Wells Fargo is telling me there is nothing they can do to help me. But they helped the criminal take my rent money.

[to the tune of "Good as Hell" by Lizzo] I need financial help confused as hell Ask me how I'm feeling - Man, I need some help. Money talk, confused as hell. Ask me how I'm feeling - Man, I need some help. Woo, y'all, adulting is some real s**** Gotta shift those dollars around, keep things moving Yes, Lord, don't know what I'm doing Bankers helping, help get things grooving Yes, they're not open most nights But you know that they have weekend hours, right? Getting there can be hard, but it's worth the time Was able to get what I needed, keep it tight. I couldn't even thank you more... For not kicking me out the door. I walked into this branch 10 minutes before they closed, and the banker stayed with me 20 minutes after they closed to help get all of my questions answered and my money where it needed to be. I honestly wasn't even sure what I needed, and the online services of Wells Fargo were giving me some issues, but speaking to a real human really helped, and I appreciated their patience. Plus, despite the central location in the heart of the city, it felt very secure thanks to the guards posted up!

The banker man was polite. The teller, Eleni Bligiannos, was wonderful & extremely helpful & smart. My bank card expired, but I needed cash, as I had none, was on vacation, & had to pay a barber that just cut my hair & that only accepted cash payment. She helped me & also told me how I can help myself with the app. & How I can earn more interest on my money in their bank! She was professional , polite, & intelligent.

Probably the best branch I've been to since I've been banking with Wells Fargo. The wait times are reasonable for the location. I came in a while back to open a joint checking and my banker informed us of a pretty funny (slightly dark) story relating to the painting above the tellers. We believed him...

My Mom banked with Wells Fargo long before it was even called by that name. I believe it was First Union Bank. She was of a generation that believed in certificate of deposits and tried her best to be sure her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were each given one even though their value was very low. Her savings unfortunately depleted as care was needed... After she passed, I was left with the responsibility of trying to organize what remained. A Wells Fargo Bank employee by of the name of Fielding Miller helped above and beyond. He was professional, polite and caring. A definite asset to Wells Fargo. At this time when my siblings and I are trying to decide on how to proceed, you can be sure Mr. Miller has given us cause to stay. My thanks to him and to Wells Fargo Bank for having such dedicated individuals working with them.

The Wells Fargo clerk served me friendly and quickly. He closed all of my question and determined my favorite NHL team. A lot of thanks. I am sure they did their job.

I've had such great experiences at this Wells Fargo! I wish I caught the name of the woman who helped me yesterday - she was beyond helpful and patient! Becoming a real world adult requires a lot of bank terminology that frankly I'm embarrassed to say I don't know anything about. Luckily, she was happy to listen to what I needed and helped me get everything I needed. She also suggested ways to reduce fees in upcoming visits and was very forthcoming in all of the pricing. Thank you!

These lazy slobs are arrogant, rude, and hostile towards customers. They act like they are royalty and you are a peasant bothering them. Wells Fargo pays no interest on my company's checking accounts. But we always keep the balance as low as possible due to the nasty staff, so it is not as if we are losing a fortune compared to the .5% less taxes that we could be earning annually. Two extra stars for the convenient locations, especially this one.
