I have been going to this branch since beginning of June every Friday to cash a business check from my employer and I have had good experiences recently with Claudia Lanier cashing my check . On multiple occasions I have had a horrible experience with teller Mr. Ramendan, both times I dealt with him he made me sit while he called my employer to verify check. The manager stated they need to protect there client I get that but I have cashed the same exact check 12 times exact amount everything so im baffled with my experience. The manager came and told me to open an account . I already have a bank which doesn't have a branch in the city . I provide 2 forms of ID and pay the 7.50 fee. The manager made me feel like I was doing something wrong . Very frustrating to spend almost an hour in the bank.

This is an excellent branch of Wells Fargo. Although most of my transactions are now online when I do have occasion to visit here the staff are friendly and the service is first class.

Tasha Johnson helped take care of getting our home owners insurance check co-signed. There were lots of challenges with covid and my husband and my schedule and she went out of her way to help us and get it signed. We really appreciated it!

I've only had good experiences when visiting this branch. Have been impressed with their customer service and feel that should be noted!

Pathetic. I am currently sitting in the lobby. Haven't been helped for 30 minutes. The manager told me "at the most it will be 10 minutes". Finally, another banker returned from lunch, finally made her way over to me, but then immediately left!!! So now I'm sitting in her office alone. Just go somewhere else. I watched 3 people walk out. These guys are jokers.

Came in today to wire money for my new home. The customer service was outstanding. Madona Owusu was amazing and such a joy to work with. I cannot recall a time when I enjoyed banking so much as when I was dealing with Madona. Thank you so much for making my visit so enjoyable. Sincerely

What I feel for Wells Fargo as a company is worth a 3-star rating. What I feel for this particular branch is worth a 0-star rating. May 2015, My husband came in to ask for change for a $200 (10 x $20) was told that he needs to call in to make appointment to get change but the guy was "doing him a favor" and give him the change he asked for. I cannot curse on here since I don't want Yelp to take this review down but I was boiling inside when he came back and told me that. What kind of bank is that?!?!??!!?!?!? We live in the area so obviously, it is our duties to inform our neighbors and the public of this story. Basically, If you ever need to feel like a piece of garbage one day, feel free to come here and experience their customer service. You will experience total lost of human decency in seconds! Consider that they're located in a prime neighborhood, I'm assuming they're used to deal with older wealthy upperclass. So if you come in and look anywhere remotely younger than 50, they will not hesitate to give you their worst attitude of the day. To the manager of this branch and the employees, get with the program and look around - young professionals are moving in! Obviously we have moved on to a different bank. If it was a different branch, maybe wells fargo would still have our business.

I stop at the pine street location alot. It's usually quiet which I love. Everyone is so nice too. It's a small branch compared to some near my house. It feels like more personal service. I have never had a problem here.
