Really hate coming here. Everytime I come here I have to expect to be here for an hour.Everyone works slow. Everyone is telling a story. It’s just horrible. I’m not sure why I still have account here because it’s always a line. Workers know they can hop on but walk back and forth just greeting. Like go log on and help!Going to close all my business accounts and personal accounts and switch to a credit union. They don’t do lines and I’ve seen bank managers become a clerk to push the line forward.This location all I see is people walking around taking their sweet old time!!Time is money. I hate this location.

It's the only building in south philly so your stuck. Drive through only. Took over 30 minutes for a simple withdraw. Another reminder why I need to change banks asap.

Okay now I'm getting fed up with this bank not responding to email I've send Wells Fargo my information like they said on this review and still no help from Wells Fargo I'm might have to leave this bank is not worth your time.they don't have enough people at these bank and I'm tired of keep sending them email and they not responding back

Don't bother calling the number you find on Google with any questions, they do not answer the phone. Eventually it transfers you to the universal customer service line which asks if you want to do things like hear your balance or other information you can easily find yourself.

This is the worst branch of Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Terrible and unfriendly service. I am seriously thinking of doing banking elsewhere.

Probably one of their worst locations. Always just one bank teller and a billion people whenever I come in. I can say for certain this is absolutely the reason I’m switching banks this year

Ridiculous. They only have one employee and you can see the line starts from outside. You need more employee to serve your customers better. People have life too, they can’t just waste their time waiting for you.!!!

Came to access safety deposit box- was told I needed an appointment, which is understandable and fine. I would have been patient to come back another time had the person who came to speak with me was not totally rude. Been a customer here for 8 years, never been treated with this kind of disrespect before! 0 stars
