This location has been an absolute nightmare since I relocated to this area 9 months. The fact that I have to drive to King of Prussia or Trooper to have my banking needs address is disconcerting to say the least.1. ATM is never working and always have to walk in the bank. Manager or Teller said they were waiting on a part?? Nine months later?2. I was in need of a signature letter to apply for a certification to prove I had an account here back in Feb 2024. The Banker had no idea what I was referring to. I had to show her what to apply to the letter and eventually called the 800 number to get the RIGHT document.3. Today was my last straw. I came to the bank to open a third, yes third business account as I have been banking with Wells as far back as when they were American and then Meridian bank. Security told me to have a seat, he alerted the banker to let them know I was interested in opening a business account. A timid, mask wearing girl asked me how can she help, I already heard her talking to the more senior banker who had no customers either. She tells me I need an appointment??? For what, no one comes to the location unless they have no other choice and there are two of you and I was the one of three people in the lobby, a customer at the teller window, security and me?? Pure laziness and unprofessionalism. The fact that I have a significant amount of money and have been a customer for over 40 years is crazy. Time to look at a smaller more personal brand. 40 minutes after the posted hours on the door they weren’t open. I guess I can understand when that happens at a fast food restaurant, but this is a bank with my money in it! What is going on at this branch?

Terrible. The ATM is never working. They used to have one you can walk up to and a drive thru one. The walk up one is gone, and the drive thru one is always broken. This means you have to park- mind you there is NEVER a parking spot nearby, and walk into the bank to do your service which is time consuming.

Drive up ATM still closed after months and seemingly no intention to fix it. Also no ATM inside. WF should be embarrassed given how long this has been going on.

The drive thru Wells Fargo ATM at 7782 Crittenden St is not open for weeks now. There is no indication before driving up that the ATM is out of order. However, if you drive across township lines in any direction this is NEVER a problem. There are many well maintained, Wells Fargo banks in suburban areas with ATM that ALWAYS function. I would appreciate the same quality of service at every branch.

Don’t go to this bank for ATM, always out of services. Been here twice in past two months, ATM never be fixed.

At 10:00 a.m. in the morning the ATM is out of service. No other Wells Fargo ATM in the area. So I have to go inside. Waited 20 minutes. This isn't customer service.However the teller who helped me was extremely pleasant and helpful. And very prompt. She's doing what she has to do but it can't be pleasant with customers ticked off that they can't get cash from the ATM.

I had a big check today and I wanted to open a checking account. I was told there was only 1 banker today and that she did not have any time. That I should open the account online. Which I tried and asked me to go to a branch. No wonder why Wells Fargo keeps losing business with their ZERO customer service. No employees to open accounts, having issues with account opening online (my credit is above 800) I don't have anything that would stop me from opening an account at any bank. It's just disappointing because this bank is close to home and it would make send but it seems that don't want my business and let me tell you that I stopped by Chase Branch at Andorra and their customer service was fantastic! I would definitely encourage you to open at account at CHASE BANK, they greet you as soon as you walk in! They have enough employees to take care of your needs.

Yes, I understand Covid is a challenge but 45+minutes to deposit a check. Only one drive thru at this location and no drive thru at locations nearby. I would have thought WF would/could be more proactive.

My second time here and it’s terrible. Ive been here since 4:00pm it’s now 4:25 and not one car moved 25 mins went passed. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I arrive 1 hr before closing now I’m not sure it I will make it. What are you doing inside. Unacceptable

the employees at this bank have clue how to do their job. there are 6 cars in lines at the drive through. we've already been here for over an hour and only 3 cars have made it through.. what are you doing in there?

Changing review since last visit. The bankers was very pleasant. Average wait time at drive thru. Transactions taken care of and on my way. Wells Fargo surpasses "Banking made easy." Loyal customer for about 3 years.

Always very helpful but SUPER slow. Always expect to wait in a line for 20 minutes or more just to speak to a teller...
