My mother got a cashiers check here and was told by a rep here that it expires within 5yrs. My mother tried to deposit the check before it expired and was told the funds were escheated . She had to file a claim with the state to get her funds back.SUPER inconvenient! The staff obviously doesn’t know what they’re talking about and giving out incorrect information!

Horrible service, I had an appointment and apparently the banker called “out sick”. How convenient. Welp, I did not receive a courtesy call or nothing and there was nothing they can do for me.

When my husband signed in we sat down and waited for help. The woman who came to cross out names was like...what you need? ..to other people. I mean really dont you treat your customers with a smile and say the name. Then say please follow me. Why would I sign in..because I need help..do I need to tell you out loud so everybody can hear.. Do other people need to know my business? .hell no. She needs customer service rebot. I dont belong to this bank thankgod..

They NEVER answer the phone, they don't work with a sense of urgency, they do a horrible job managing this branch. Someone please fix this!

Nothing changes here. Always long lines. Not enough tellers. Super slow. Don’t know why I even bother to try. Never again.

Waited in line for 25 minutes. Their was only 1 teller and the only person who seems to have good customer service skills was the armed guard!

jendayi w. muntu service manager 1, works at this location and has bad customer service that calling someone at customer service is better. She judged my appearance and my age that she gave me a problem with my account. Never again.
