Super slow and always short staff. They change the rules for what you can do in the drive through vs coming inside according to what staff is there

I personally prefer this location every time I go everyone seems nice to me. Either a banker or manager greets me and ask if I need help. My daughter loves it here too she prefers the spinning chairs while I’m attending to business

They are not welcome you if you want to have a little complex account problem after 4pm. I went there two time around 4pm, they asked me to make appointment next time even though they are free. I work on weekdays, it is hard to have time to go to the bank. Maybe they are worried it will be overtime and they want to go home... read full comment
