Overall is good branch. But sometimes gets messy, like today: Drive-thru was full with cars line all around the building because one Drive-thru line was closed. ATM next to drive-thru was NOT accepting deposits. ATM at front had a big line and when i finally get there it read not a single one of my bills. Come inside the branch and they have an even longer line and only two ladies attending the line. Don't have a business line like Hunting Park branch... just impossible for a company to make a very important deposit on a monday morning.

I don't want to file a complaint with the bank. I want to review a specific person, Mariah Reid. This woman doesn't respect people, she doesn't have the slightest desire to understand or help anyone. She didn't do her job with me twice and now she's making my husband and her partner clowns. They need to open a business account, on the first trip to the bank she said that a document was missing. My husband got the document, on this second trip to the bank she said again that another document is missing. What is she doing and OF COURSE, she is making it difficult to open the account. And she DID IT, we will not open the account and we will no longer be customers of that bank and we will not recommend it to anyone either. Congratulations Mariah Reid

Waited in the line more than 45min to get some because the manager had 1 person working as a teller, 4 people left because they couldn’t wait any longer

Worst branch ever. Sexrho Debra explicitly told me he did not have time to help me because he had a customer coming in 45 minutes and what I needed would take 30 to 45 minutes and he did not want to keep them waiting. I had to wait to be seen. He also tried to get me to snitch out the branch tellers for something he said they should not have been doing for the past 8 years. Maybe if we weren’t going back and forth about 8 years of miscellaneous tellers allegedly breaking the rules according to him and him trying to get us to point them out and we continuously refused we would have accomplished what I was told 1800 customer service representative I had to walk into the bank to do. I told him I’m not a snitch. I refused to snitch especially not believing multiple tellers on multiple occasions over 8 years would do the same thingBut since he was adamant about me snitching on his co workers, which I did not do, let’s see how he likes being snitched on. He is the reason I closed my account today

Bank tellers have an attitude problem, you would think it’s their money. And it’s always the females, I will keep coming to this branch cause they closed the other one. In closing I’ll say Wells Fargo of Mayfair is trash !!

I have been at this branch few times at the counter, But I had my worst experience at the drive thru today. Maybe cause masked or statics. The teller Melany couldn’t hear me well, she gave me a bit of attitude said she couldn’t understand a word I said and I confused her. Well all I am going to say to Melany is if you don’t like your job. It’s time for you to find a another one. If you want to succeed then you have to be patient to your customers.
