They had everything I needed on a recent business trip and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was here about a month ago, and the guy opening the door out front seems to be a fixture. It's just a little unsettling. The young man who rang me up also wasn't the friendliest...but it is what it is. They also didn't have any bags, with the exception of their larger plastic carry bags for $1.... so I need to go with that since I had several items. Overall, good prices and well stocked.

Rite Aid is terrible. They support child abuse (my child was taken from me by his father and is engaging in Alienation which is child abuse as defined by the DSM) and will not allow me to access my biological sons medical prescription records, even though I have a court order in place. I will NEVER do business there. I thought CVS was bad..... now a company that supports child abuse? GREAT. Its just shameful that they engage in these practices. Rite Aid is a terrible company and no one should support them.

Check out and aisle organization could use some improvement but the pharmacy is very good. Knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful.

Hey RiteAid in Philadelphia at 1628-36 Chestnut Street. You might want to clean your cooler out where you keep soft drinks. Look at the trash on the floor. Look to the left and you'll see a Bandaid off of someone's finger. That's why I didn't buy a soft drink from you this morning. It's just gross. Would you want to buy something from here?

The person who checked us out was unbearably rude and unfriendly. This cannot be good for business. Manager/Owner, she was working on 1/4/22 at approximately 8:15 in the evening. She refused to respond to any friendly communication or questions. I realize there is a shortage of good help but....

This neighborhood Rite Aid was close to the hotel and a great stop to pick up snacks, water, and some coke for the room (soda, not cocaine). It's a fairly large store for a downtown location, but not as large as some stores in the suburbs. It fits nicely in the space they had, but could use a little more wiggle room as the aisle are a bit narrow. They had what we needed though, so it was a good stop.

I don't like writing when I can't be positive but I owe it to others who haven't been to this rite aid. I ONLY go when there are really good specials ( they've gotten better at their offers) and they are close. The staff had no interest in the customers or maybe even their jobs. They barely make eye contact, never say hello it welcome, and barely eek out a thank you when you check out. I've in awhile their is someone who is better, but I don't even like to ask for help to find anything because of the attitudes. I usually walk out of my way to go somewhere else. Sorry but it's the truth.

It's a drug store so really not that much to say. Despite the lights, the space always seems to be a little dark, dreary and not really inviting but it is much bigger than it looks from the outside and has everything you need...I was actually quite impressed with the hair care section (they didn't carry one of the Sally Hansen nail care lines that I'm partial too but that's ok there was still a pretty good variety). The lines are never long, cashier's are friendly and efficient enough and it's in a convenient area

Terrible pharmacy. Go anywhere other than Rite Aid. Absolutely the worst pharmacy and pharmacists.

First off, this is a very nice store. The employee's are very nice, it's pretty convenient. I'm pretty much always in and out. But my concern is the security in the store. I was profiled all because I was walking around looking at stuff in the store after I made a purchase. Yes I know, why would I still be in the store after I made a purchase but I was just in there waiting on my ride. I'm always in this store. I am appalled by his actions. I called the store to speak to a manager and all she said was that she'll talk to him. I'm pretty sure it'll happen again!! I will no longer shop here bc it's funny how I was singled out!!!!
