I planned my booster appt 2 weeks in advance at a diff store. It was cancelled the night bf so I then found another appointment. Which then was cancelled. So then I found 2 appointments for last night at this rite aid which I have never been to. It was easy to schedule, and then easy to find the store. It has a huge parking lot - def a plus. We walk into the store and there were so many people in the pharmacy line. The line looped thru the store - and we got at the end behind about 20 other people. It was crazy. And then we waited and waited to reach the front. And as we waited - I could not believe how many people were rude to the pharmacists. Just people cursing them out. I have never seen anything like it (well except at my job but I didn't know this behavior was tolerated anywhere else). We finally reach the front and were told to sit and wait to receive our shots. They did not have them ready so we had to wait a long time. In their defense - the workers were def over worked and the store was understaffed. Anyway, the very kind pharmacist comes out and was very helpful for me and gets me my shot. He couldn't locate my boyfriend's insurance in his system bc somehow he didn't have access to that network's data base. Which it is one of the biggest pharmacy insurance groups so I'm not sure why - but he said sometimes Rite Aid's system has problems w this. ugh. So bf didn't get his shot. After 75 min of waiting we finally left w one out of 2 shots we scheduled. (and if you are wondering - we were polite the whole time - no rudeness and no cursing lol). Also, the floor of Rite Aid looked like it have never been swept or mopped. It was so disgusting. And there were flies everywhere inside.

This has got to be one of the worse Rite AIDS I've dealt with. You can never get through to the pharmacy and on the rare occasion when you can the person on the phone doesn't know what they're doing. They either don't give accurate info on what medications you need to have filled or when you pay online they tell you you still need to pay. I'm not sure what happened with my medication delivery but that didn't happen either. of course when I called to speak to someone about it, again no answer after trying multiple times. This location needs some management who knows how to run it properly.

The manager and security guard at this store made me so uncomfortable today. I went in to browse and ended up grabbing a couple of things from the hair care and makeup aisles. I had taken out my phone to check something and put it back in my pocket. When I went to look at other things the manager and security guard both big men in comparison to me walked up to me and immediately accused me of putting items in my pockets. The manager who was in yellow/black shirt was very rude and hostile with me even after I turned my pockets inside out I even put the items I still had in my hand s down. No apologies at all for accusing me. I continued to shop I honestly should have just left then because I turned around to see the security guard still following me around the store. Like seriously I already proved you wrong and now I'm still being followed. I'm in this store every other day out of convenience. The rest of the staff has always been wonderful but those two need some work on interacting with the public. I will be requesting to change where I get my prescriptions. I'd like to feel safe where I go not like I'm about to be jumped by the people "in charge".

This location is literally 2mins walking from me and I would rather go 10 minutes down the road to avoid using this location. The pharmacist was lazy and rude and that's putting it nicely.

The pharmacist here is truly the worst. Bad attitude, not helpful, and lazy. Every time you walk in she is on her phone so you have to wait to get her attention. She looks annoyed answering any of my questions. Never have I been asked if I had any questions about my medication at pick up time. Extremely disappointing.

This is my local and favorite Rite-Aid and I only have one issue...stay tuned. It's open 24 hours and it's my cash back go-to place when I can't make it to the bank for a withdrawal. Always a good sale and even better with the Wellness Program. Who doesn't love a good discount!? Now for the stay tuned part! There's almost always only one cashier! Or there's two cashiers and one line that almost always starts an agreement when the next person is called. I know the system though!

After waiting 20 minutes in the store the manager or person who seems to be in charge tells me I can not pick up a Western Union money that was given to me as a gift. Due to the fact that she did not want to use all of her money. I think they have horrible customer service and did not feel the need to apologize to me. Poor customer service!

Maybe it was the brown suga skin, maybe the gold converses, maybe the bamboo earrings, maybe the big hair.. something about me and a 10 year old had us followed. They have "security" now literally following behind people. I typically only go to this location to pick up my grand mother's medication, we will have to revisit that. I will be contacting Corporate about this. It's not a thing (not a one) in there that I can't buy! I will not be followed, it's unacceptable. They need to have his behind out here picking up the trash and the dirty diaper in the parking lot.. it's so many useful things he could be doing; watching me is not one. DROPS MIC 3/31/18 5:50pm
