Located off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and by the Barnes Museum is a one stop Whole Foods, with free covered parking and ample parking spaces including those devoted for pick up orders, and handicap parking. This is a three level facility; the garage being the bottom floor, followed by the ground floor, and second floor shopping are accessible by elevator, stairs, or escalator. On the ground floor, Amazon purchases for pickup and return can be done with usually 2 staff members, along with a touch screen kiosk option. Notifications of your returns are provided to your account and email within 1-3 minutes. Also on the ground level is where you'll find refrigerated packages for online orders, for both delivery and pick up options. Delivery is a $9.95 fee, added onto your order. The second level is where the shopping level is located. There are fresh organic and non-organic options. Whole Foods has everything that a supermarket has, plus a barista station, a fine cheese, charcuterie, bath, and body, bulk goods by the pound, and health and wellness area. In addition, there are several merchants, located behind the cash register stations, such as Goldie, a pop up restaurant for Middle Eastern cuisine, and Izakaya for poke bowls or ramen. Both are exceptional. From Fresh baked goods, to wine, a deli, prepared foods, both hot and cold, an olive bar, seafood, poultry and meats, butchers, produce, frozen foods, a floral department, makeup, to paper goods, this store has it all, and it's constantly restocked, offering many items for sale, with special pricing for Amazon members. You have regular and self check out options, and helpful staff members throughout the store. For both the health conscious, and those that choose otherwise, there's a variety of items, some priced the same as your average supermarket, some above, and others below. Many world be surprised to find that the healthier items are better quality and lower priced than markets, which pack their shelves and aisles with food and beverages containing cancer causing and other life shortening ingredients, from preservatives, to food coloring, all which are banned in dozens of countries around the world, but ignored by the FDA. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is an excellent place to shop, which is often combined with stores such as Trader Joe's, and your local go to market. This location, in the heart of Philadelphia, and just outside Center City is a top notch, clean, sanitary, and multi-option shopping establishment.

Staff is always helpful. Both entrances into the store are wheelchair accessible. The elevator does a hard stop with a jolt when going from the ground floor to the storefront. The isles are a little tight but can be navigated by disabled patrons. The bathroom has a wheelchair accessible stall. Mens bathroom only has 1 wheelchair accessible stall with a baby changing station. The alcohol section is in the far right hand corner next to the bathroom.

Really disappointed today that I nearly choked on a white twist tie that I found in my sushi. I don’t even know how someone could miss this and roll it into a sushi roll. Smh! Everything else is great but please avoid the sushi ?

I was able to find everything I need plus more. It took a long time for me to shop like this at this Whole Food Store. I have to give it 5. I hope it stays like this.

If you're local to the area like myself, it's best to stay aware of what day of the week and what time you're visiting. Levels of stock are better at certain times if you follow their schedule and go against the norm of the crowds :)Note that this place has several hot food stalls/vendor locations for restuarant kitchens to rent space! It's next to the liquors section (which has its own necessary checkout). The hot bar and made-to-order stuff, and deli counter also offer a pretty wide selection to satisfy lunch and early dinner crowds coming through. This location is laid out somewhat spaciously in most sections, can get a little winding and confusing in the middle. There are some steps throughout parts of the store that also have lifts/ramps to the side but they're not super obvious. Staff are always helpful and efficient!

I often make a stop to buy food here, but the problem is that every time no space because amazon drivers parked their car and waiting while they don't grab a block. Today i was waiting while guy put all packages inside his car and i saw how he came back and continue sit on his car! Like for what? Grab second block or what? Its 30 min limit parking for customers he is not

Had to return a few items. Always a great experience very simple dropping off something ordered from Amazon. And of course I love shopping in Whole Foods Market.
